He provided great information and intel on how to use the device and was friendly with all the customers. The Boost Mobile 2280 Stelzer Rd location has always helped me with any problems or concerns. They provide very effective quality service.
Went into the store today dreading purchasing a new phone, but I had the absolute best experience! The gentleman working today, the day after Christmas, was so kind and pleasant! I am so incredibly thankful for his kindness today! We are leaving so happy we got a new phone!

The guy I talked to was more interested in making sure I bought everything I possibly could from their store than he was in helping me. He laughed in my face when I asked if they price match the Boost Mobile website (reasonable question) and told me I’d never be able to activate my phone by myself because I didn’t know right off the top of my head what chip I used. I know I don’t need a new one it’s one of the newer ones and I just bought it. I don’t need an upsell. His manner was smarmy and made me uncomfortable.
