Boost Mobile reviews
6Brandi is the most delightful person to assist me in the store the other stores are hateful but she is always helpful and a joy to be around
Brandy is amazing and quick I really recommend her to anyone and she does her best to get you the lowest price
This location is the most friendliest one I've been to. They are fast and so very helpful. An excellent experience every time. Thank you for your service
I especially love that they don't try to rip you off like the boost on ebroadway and woodville rd does they help you to get your stuff as cheap as they possibly can and they whenever you make a purchase you get to put your name in the drawing for.each purchase to possibly get your phone bill paid for a month the lady with dark brown hair is the best sorry idk her name she's the one that lmk I got majorly ripped off at the other boost store
I went in today to get help with my voicemail because I wasn't able to download any of my voicemails in the app.
The employee there told me that I had to pay to see my VMs. I told her that's only if you want to see them written out in a text form. She told me you have to pay the 2.99 to be able to see the list of the numbers that have left you a voicemail. Completely not true the people that are working there should have more knowledge than the average person that walks through the door if they don't have the knowledge they shouldn't be working there.
I came home and did some google work and found that the old app does not work anymore and you need to download the new visual voicemail app ran by DISH. This will transfer any old messages in to archives and delete the old app automatically. She kept telling me that I had to pay for visual voicemail and that I had to upgrade to premium and I kept telling her no that can't be right and she kept telling me yeah it was.well she was wrong and I can't wait to go back tomorrow and tell her.
