Boot Barn, Mason OH

Lots to choose from and prices were very good. Checkout was easy and the lady was very nice.

Went to Boot Barn to make a return. Not because I didn't like the jeans I ordered but simply because I ordered them online and they didn't fit well. Most of their sizes are in men's and being a woman I didn't know my size. It was cheaper than paying shipping costs to just return in store. But make a note, if you order online and go to store to return, they credit your card/account the money instead of giving you cash. Even though I used my debit card, because there store cash register is just that, their register. The only problem I had with the return/refund policy is that it only takes a minute for money to get taken off my card when making a purchase but somehow took like four business days to receive my money back! That's totally not cool. Shane was my sales associate and he was absolutely amazing and so friendly, sweet and very outgoing. He was quick and just a doll. Definitely management material! Hint, hint, nudge, nudge. Lol. Overall great experience even though it was just a return.
I ordered four pairs of jeans and only one fit wonderfully. Like I said, this was my mistake, Boot Barn was not at fault.

I went in for work boots, which I found, but fell in love with a pair of cowboy boots too. Clothes there were fantastic too. Will definitely be back soon.

Great selection of boots and the person working there was very helpful and knew about the products being sold there. If they didn’t have what you wanted they would order it and ship it to your house for free.

Was gonna buy two pairs of boots but as we walked in we were not greeted nor was anyone else that walked in behind us. The two young ladies that were working seemed to interested in socializing with one another and playing in the perfume and colognes. When it came time to find someone for assistance couldn’t find anyone. This very disappointing cause we stop at the locations in Nashville every year on our way back from Destin and I can tell you the atmosphere and customer service is night and day. We were super excited that they were putting a location in our neck of the woods but so far it’s been disappointing.

Terrible experience! I found three different boots on their website that I wanted to try on. They didn't have any of the three I went for. They have a good sized selection of western boots and work boots but not what their website has. As if that wasn't a big enough let down, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an associate that seemed lost and completely not interested in helping me. I asked about the boots I saw online and got a blank stare. She casually led me to the aisle that contained the exact opposite of what I was looking for. The other two associates were far too busy straightening shirts and jeans on display to ask me if there was anything they could do to help me.the only customer in the store! I'll take my chances on ordering what I'm looking for from Amazon. This experience validates my reasons for only wanting to buy anything I need online. People that are paid to help, assist and be helpful are thoughtless, cold and rude.
