Great customer service! As a small business owner I appreciate working with a local company. My emails go directly to one of the owners and they treat me I treat my customers - with respect and appreciation.

Please beware of the drivers in this company. I almost got killed by one today on 71 North@ Stringtown. I was in the passing lane, he was in the middle lane, i was right at his bumper getting ready to pass him and he came over in my lane and forced me to go in the brake down lane. I am honking my horn flashing my lights and he didn't care at all, while going 75-80 miles an hour. Finally tried to get around him in the middle lane, he tried ramming my drivers side and was flipping me off. I got passed him, got in front of him and he tried ramming the rear of my car, twice. I braked him to get him off of me and he almost pushed me off the road. He then cut over three lanes of traffic to get off at 270. He was flipping me the finger, hanging out the window and laughing. This man was out of control before this incident. I saw the way he was driving when I was getting on the highway. He ran the light at 665 and 71 where Fed Ex is at. Very unprofessional driver and needs taken off the road before he hurts someone. I have seen other complaints on here about the drivers. The number on this truck is 952.

We had great service, questions answered by Mary, delivery request were managed great and even when we changed our pick up day they were great about that. Would highly recommend!

Has destroyed property, taken no responsibility, and have found employees rummaging through our recycling. I strongly recommend looking else where for commercial service.

Set the dumpster down on top of trash bags on April 6th 2023 and has since dragged it across the ground before trapping it between the dumpster and the building.

Routinely sets dumpster over 24" away from building.

Finds trash constantly just outside building, along road, medians, and sidewalks.

Yelled at contract cleaning crew repeatedly over the last 6 months. Refuses to actually talk to staff/management.

I would rate them 0 out of 5 if I could. Actively working to cancel their contracts for my company.

Edit 2: A coworker finally managed to clean up the trash bag they smeared against the building because they set the dumpster 40" away from the building

Complete disregard for city code noise ordinance for residential or industrial areas. They pick up their dumpster located next to a residential area at all hours of the morning, including 2: 15 a.m. And 3 a.m. I called to inform them of this and no change occurred. Their office even told me their drivers head out that early to avoid traffic. I'm filing a complaint with the city licensing office.
