So rude and unprofessional. Drove over a hour to this planned appointment. No one at desk had to venture threw offices to find another company to help track down the person that’s supposed to be meeting me. Walks out 5 mins late after 2 people and 2 phone calls to find the guy. Then he hands me paper with website, says use ur phone fill out forms. Straight walked away, never even said what his name was. Website wouldn’t work proceed to call him again waited 5 more mins he never came back to help me so I had to just leave. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE THIS GUY SHOUKD NOT HAVE A JOB BEACHWOOD 7-3-20

Kevin was awesome! Really knows his business. Walked me through everything and explained all my options. I would highly recommend talking to him about how he can help you change your life.

Kevin was very good to me. He explained the procedure and showed me a bunch of before and after photos. He followed up punctually with my messages and emails. He helped set up the same as cash financing. The actual procedure is done in Columbus by Dr Krenitsky, and he and his staff were excellent. You will need to take a week or more off work because it is extremely obvious that you had a hair procedure.unless you can wear a cap or hat. The procedure itself wasn't terribly painful, just a bit uncomfortable. Your head will feel tight, probably from the stitches with FUT, and your scalp will feel numb. Hoping to get a good result! Thanks to Kevin for all of his help

Got the consultation with Kevin in Beachwood in late April 2017 and he was good. Always available for questions and gave very detailed explanations (even when I asked the same questions multiple times). Caused me to be very relaxed about making the decision to get a transplant.

Had procedure in Columbus on 5-24-17. Doctor and nurses were very nice and informed. Procedure was as pain free as it could be, but I was comfortable the entire time. Relaxed yet professional environment. Gave detailed instructions on post-op care and doctor remained available after procedure for any questions (even now).

Glad I got the procedure and glad I went to Bosley. FYI- I am an African American male and I got my hairline brought forward. I wasn't sure how experienced Bosley was on doing my hair type (curly), but after researching, asking to see multiple before/after pics, talking with Kevin and seeing the result, I'm confident I went to the right place.
