My mom has been at BG Manor for a couple of years as a permanent resident. The staff at BG Manor have been so wonderful to work with and we have always felt like her needs were met with the utmost care. We are always welcomed in as visitors and anytime we call with any concerns about her status, they always answer and find the answers we are looking for. Being out of state and caring from a distance is hard for us, but we have felt reassured time and time again that my mom is cared for well. Thank you to the staff, and especially Jill, for caring so well.
