Bowling's Carpet, Maineville OH

We had them install flooring and carpet throughout our entire house a year ago. They installed ahead of schedule, they were prompt and their guys were very professional. We recently had a wrinkle in the carpet, we called them to have them re-stretch it and they came out within a matter of a couple days and had it done. I would highly recommend them, great company!

Bowling's did a great job installing carpet in our home. The crew was very nice, they were very respectful of our home, and did beautiful work. There was a miscommunication on the day they came out to measure and I became more frustrated than I should have. They were very patient with me and continued to take care of us every step of the process. I would definitely recommend them and have them do more flooring for us in the future.

Bowling Carpet was recommended to me by a number of people, including my wife that grew up in the area. I, without hesitation, used them. I was disappointed in almost everything. The initial visit was good, but after that it was not good at all. The communication was little to none. I had to initiate almost all of the communication and information needed for this job. This included payment, ordering, installation dates, etc. No one ever followed up with me after the initial installation to see if we liked the job. The installation crew was awesome and really worked hard. Overall I would give this company a bad review. I am an avid supporter of local businesses, but will not support Bowling Carpet. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone that we worked with was professional and kind. They were respectful of our home (took shoes off when walked in, etc). I will use Bowlings Carpet for all future needs.

Locally owned so i would rather do bussiness with them than a national company. Price was a little cheaper too. Polite, professional in the store. Great selection to choose from. Installers were great and the work they did was top notch. Will differently go back and give them my future business.
