BOYD'S WESTERVILLE TIRE & SERVICE

We have been taking our vehicles to Boyd’s in Westerville for almost 15 years. They have consistently provided quick service appointments, great communication through the repair/service process, and very fair prices. We tend to drive our vehicles for a long time- and they have been exceptional with offering advice on what types of service we should consider along with timelines for keeping our cars running well without investing unnecessarily. There is never an upsell- just honest/transparent conversation that is focused on us being long term satisfied customers!

This is the best business for anything with my “cars”. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly, honest, reasonably priced and always able to fit me in!

Okay experience, they asked me to bring my car on monday and then td me they will only be able to look at it on tuesday, why not just ask me to bring it on tuesday, i fell that is not professional, i still like my favorite branch @Sunbury branch by executive parkway. I only went here cos my mechanic was on vacation.

They stayed open to finish my tires and Tim and Anthony were both so wonderful! Thank you guys for fitting me in and getting my car in order!

They are always very helpful. Explain what is going on with my car and let me know what is wrong. The waiting area is also clean and nice.

I was in town to see my daughter and got a flat tire. My spare was a donut and not convenient to drive an hr home on. I talked to John Boyd and he found me a tire at their Westerville store. I went and within an hr my tire was on and ready to be on my way! They were all amazing and I will return for any needs that may occur for my jeep! Thank you all so much! After spending several decades in the automotive service industry you know immediately when someone is being dishonest with pricing or services needed. You won't find that here. These folks are professional, courteous, efficient, and honest. As a small business owner in Westerville Ohio it's comforting to know that there are other local small businesses that are trustworthy. I had a flat tire and they were able to fit me in even though they had several other customers. I had to replace the front tires and they were reasonably priced.

They discovered the rattle my car was making. It required welding, which they don't do, so they didn't charge me for the work they did discovering the issue.

Brought my SUV in for headlamp restoration after failing on 3 prior attempts myself. Looks great and makes the car look like new again! Excellent service on the phone by Cody to answer my questions before bringing it in.

Boyd's Tire and Service took great care of me! I had no idea what type of tires to get, and they took the time to help me make an educated decision of what was best for me and my vehicle. Very professional and very helpful!

I got off work and my tire was flat, unexpected of course luckily Boyd's tire service is close to my job. They where able to get me in and fix my tire within 45 minutes. I was very thankful for the kind and fast service I received.

I took my truck to Boyds after being told by another shop that I would have to replace the engine because rear main was leaking, the mechanic at Boyds looked at my truck and said they could replace the rear main a repair that was much less than the new engine would have been. Also had it done when they said it would be ready. Great customer service and will be returning there if or when I need future service.

I purchased 4 new Goodyear tires for my truck, Tom the manager was very helpful and informative. The tires were installed in a timely manner and looked great as well on the truck. I would purchase tires from Boyd's Westerville tire shop again.

These guys were awesome! I blew a tire on the way to work, I have a weird size AND run flats so not all places have them in stock. They not only had one but squeazed me in even though they were booked up. Super friendly, super helpful. Ed and unfortunately I dont remember the other mans name but it might have been Cody, were working and incredibly polite. Awesome guys, I will be returning!

Absolutely great staff mechanics the whole kit and caboodle absolutely impeccable and Tom is a super nice wonderful man I’ll give them six stars if you ever need something done right with great service and great people this is the place

In a world full of bad customer service, these guys are honest, communicate clearly, and have very good prices. Everytime I leave there I’m 1) surprised at how small the bill was 2) surprised by how fast they got it done. This is the only shop I go to and the only one I recommend to my friends and family.
