Advertised case of water for 5.39, got charged 6.99.would not refund excess.

Everything is fine as far as the gas station goes. I found it a bit ridiculous that a sign on the pump has a QR code for an advertisement, while also having a note forbidding the use of cell phones. I don't think BP thought this thru.
