I was referred by a.e. P, the technician was knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease, repaired the problem that I think another company had missed, all is good, will definitely be a repeat customer,

From estimate to install everyone we came in contact with was great, customer service (yes still alive). Both gentleman that arrived were very nice, arrived on time (early) and very knowledgeable. Prices were more than fare and lower than other estimates. We will be using them again to update some other electrical issues.

They came same day got to the problem quickly very professional thank you I highly recommend and will use you if I need anything else

My wife called and a female Rep.was rude over the phone refuse to listen to us.female Rep simply hang up the phone on my wife.the repair man that did the work that served us was incomplete by Bp.they are impossible

They did a great job working on my family’s new house. All new electric, everything works great. Would definitely use them again.

A bad Friday night storm knocked out power, took down the drop to the house and ripped it off the outside wall (the part I was responsible for to get repaired). BP Electric 1) answered my call on a Saturday, 2) came out right away, and 3) quickly had it repaired and ready for power to be restored. Prompt, courteous, and professional. Hope I don't need to do so, but would definitely call them again. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

We had a lot of projects to be done on my new home. They always showed up and they were always on time. They completed all of my projects and they did so professionally, ahead of schedule, and efficiently in a manner that would keep the cost of the project to not be more then it needed to be.

Completely dissatisfied with the way this company handled an estimate at my Mother's house. I do not recommend.

Technician was condescending to the owner within 20 seconds of arriving at property. He was there to inspect unsafe wiring in an older portion of house. The only tool he used the entire inspection was a cell phone. Though he had an entire tool belt attached with lots of electrical tools, electrical meters and miscellaneous aides nothing was touched or used.
