You can judge a company by how they service you after they get your money. Bradley Stone is the first company to without any guestions or hassle to replace my refrigerator which was gouged during installation. They simply replaced my new refrigerator without guestion with another new refrigerator. The refrigerator cost cost way more than we payed for granite. It was an accident and they amazed me the speed it was taken care of with absolutely no hassle. Monique and the whole Bradley Family have values you haven’t seen in many years. People before profits in customer service. I recommend this company above all others. In every field!
The counter top is beautiful and there is no complaint there. It is the PLUMBER that I used thru them to install dishwasher for my kitchen remodel that I have issue with. Brandon Horvath from Bradley Stone laughed in my face when I called him to let him know the dishwasher was leaking and that the plumber didn't hook up right. So they got their money and will not issue a partial refund. I would not recommend using them for this reason. They don't care about their customers
