I can not say enough about this company. From the scheduling to the technician s that came to clean my carpets. Friendly polite on time! I had a pet odor, still had odor after cleaning. When i called they sent techs back out to redo at no charge! Wow wee best ever! Will alway use them & recommend to any that will listen! Thank you

Brad is an absolute awful person, I feel bad for his family and the men who have to work for him. I have never met a more arrogant person in my life. Bob, Jeremy and Eric did a great job on the demo of my closet, they were kind and did good clean work. They took out a 4ft by 6ft piece of my subfloor, carpet out of two rooms, and drilled holes in my walls to dry them out after a hot water tank dumped all over my closet. The problems started when I met Brad and it was time to put the floor back and do the repair work that I was told they would be doing as the contractor on the whole job start to finish, we even discussed all the repairs and what needed done then Brads exact words were "not worth my time". Not worth his time to fix the hole in my floor that I had no one else to do because I was told from day one they would do the whole job start to finish. Then he threw his own brother Bob, Jeremy and Eric under the bus as not knowing what they were doing and being new within the year. I was left with a hole in my floor to the outside, no carpet, holes in my walls and other damage and to find someone else to finish the job. Someone who can treat people including his own employees with no regard should not have a business.
