I primarily have experience with this company from yearly health screenings, the employees brought in have always been nice and professional, but their custome support is clearly not adequately equipped, the contact us feature on the website did not work for me for about a week, and I have received web errors when trying to log in to the wellness program with some regularity, across several computers, and I made multiple calls, all had hold times in excess of 30 minutes, when I could get through I got what I needed but getting contact was much harder than it should have been and I wouldn't suggest this company for that reason.
