I have been seeing Ausha for almost a year now. She is always on top of her game. The staff to the fromt desk girls are always welcoming. They are professional, friendly, and family oriented group of ladies. The facility alone is freaking cute.
Had my husband call and cancel my appointment due to my Great Grandmother passing away unexpectedly and was told I wouldn't get my deposit back and if I wanted to reschedule they needed another deposit. I've been coming here regularly for my waxes. I'm honestly disgusted I don't even care about the 50 dollars just appalled by the lack of compassion and wondering who would run a business that way.
Brittney is literally amazing and I couldn’t recommend her more. She creates a comfortable atmosphere, and is quick and efficient. If you’re a newbie I would absolutely go see Brittney - you won’t regret it!
Professional, efficient, and clean. I was visiting friends and closer to this location so I booked here with Krista I'm normally about an hour or so away. Even with that drive, I will be coming back here again and again. Great first impression and was treated amazing

I live in Pickerington and will pass countless wax businesses to get to Ausha! I have been going for years now. She was out for a while due to pregnancy and I was reassured that Ausha was the only person I prefer to get the job done for me.
I had my first ever Brazilian Wax with Krista! I was nervous going in but she made me feel more relaxed and less scared. The pain only lasted for a minute. I had a great experience here and felt 100% comfortable with Krista, and booked my next appointment immediately!
