Breezzys's Pizza reviews
9Over 1 hr to b served cold tacos on Taco night. Wasn't the service it was the kitchen not being prepared to serve 3 tacos on taco night. Very disappointing. I know the owner wasn't pleased when I messaged him so hopefully he'll address the problem. Mad is an understatement of how I felt. Felt that carry out trumped dine in. When both should b important.
Friend and I went to relax and have some much needed fun! The food and drinks where amazing! Definitely go back!
We stopped by, and we were in kind of a bind looking for a place to eat. They weren't really prepared for what we needed, but Tracy was awesome. She was up front and let us know there may be a little longer wait times on service and some menu items. This wasn't a concern since we were in a bind. They had a wide variety of items on the menu, and most of us chose appetizers or wings along with a few subs. The food arrived after a short delay, again no issues they were doing us a huge favor. Everything was phenomenal. Their Breezzy's fries were some of the best I've had along with the wings that I ordered they were super crispy and, again, just absolutely fantastic. We may have stumbled across this place by chance, but it will definitely be a regular visit when we are in the area. Tracy was fantastic she was the only one serving us in a pretty good-sized party.
Ordered delivery very late. Order arrived quickly. Meat pizza with extra cheese. Generous toppings. Will definitely order again when we're back in the area.
Best pizza in town just what pizza should taste like seasonings are perfect just the right amount of sauce if I could rate a 10 I would
We love to order their take out and also to dine in at their facility. Super good food and menu choices!
Couldn't ask for better service! The Best Wings around hands down! And now Tacos on Wednesday night too! We all had to try one. Delicious and stuffed for only $2 each! Always clean and very friendly staff. We recommend the Mighty Meat pizza. You are sure to not go away hungry!
EDIT: This is important. I wish the owners would take notice. The difference between Breezzy's regular pizza sauce and their "sweet" sauce is night and day. The regular sauce is flat and dull. Honestly, I can buy something from a store and use a can-opener to get a similar experience. The sweet sauce, on the other hand, tastes fresh and alive with flavor. It is dynamic, and full of subtle hints of basil, with a rich, bright tomato base. Breezzy's sweet sauce is the mortar that *belongs* between their fantastic golden crust and their generous toppings. Do yourself a favor, cross over to Breezzy's sweet side! Back to the previous review:
Ordering by phone was a straightforward process, although we did get a busy signal the first time we called. It was around 7 PM, so I wasn't surprised. I called right back and got through.
The nice young lady on the other end of the phone took our order, a family-sized foldover with extra cheese, pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms, and a large side salad with ranch dressing.
Our order arrived around 40 minutes later. The delivery guy apologized for it taking so long, but there's another place in town that takes longer, when it's *not* peak hours on a Friday night. Great job Breezzy's delivery!
First of all, there were three absolute standouts about our meal.
First, Breezzy's crust is amazing. There is *no* bitterness from baking powder. There's a slight yeastiness, and it must be brushed down with olive oil to get such a uniformly delightful golden color, and to still stay so tender. They finished the top side of the foldover with parmesan, also lightly toasted. This is the best crust in town.
Second, this foldover was *full* of toppings. Cheese *oozed* out between the cuts in the foldover, and between the folded edges of the crust. Mushrooms, sausage, and pepperoni *stuffed* this heavy beastie!
Third, the salad greens were *super* fresh! They were nicely cut, no HUGE pieces, and wonderful pieces of tomatoes and red onions. It could have used a bit more cheese, but I'm a cheese-a-holic.
Now, I found out by reading the reviews there are two sauces? The next time, we will try the sweet sauce. I have to offer a disclaimer: on 1/13/23 I am coming down with a bit of a cold, so my taste buds may have been affected, but. We actually were not very fond of the regular sauce? My senses may be off, but to me it had a metallic under taste, and it had an oddly sharp flavor. It did NOT ruin the foldover, far from it! It's NOT the worst sauce in town. It's just that next time we'll ask for the sweet sauce (and there *will* be a next time!)
Finally, for a large side salad the amount of ranch dressing they included was too small. Next time we'll order an extra, or use our own.
Breezzy's *still* gets four stars from me, and I see they have all-you-can-eat perch, so I'm going to give that a spin. I'm also eager to try their other foldovers! THAT AWESOME CRUST!
