Brewsters Cafe Bistro Pub, Twinsburg OH

Food was really good.waitress was outstanding, was there with the band BUZZY J.very entertaining. The 14% IPA.not for the faint at heart.js

We try to stay away from “chain” restaurants as we travel the country. This place was FABULOUS! Fresh, hot, wonderfully seasoned food with a fantastic atmosphere! Would recommend to all and will definitely keep this as one of our “return to” places! Waitress was so gracious, too! Well done Brewsters!

Overall a decent experience: the food was tasty, nice atmosphere and clean, they had lotion and perfume sorry in the bathroom which I thought was pretty cool. The service I can't fully say was good though. They do currently have a sign on the door to give a heads up that they're short staffed. I get it everyone is right now, but I'm a patient person so no biggie. We asked another server who made regularly made his rounds for refills twice since ours was mia. The server we had was just not attentive to us and gave more time to his other tables, occupied or empty lol. Which is ironic because we got a cocktail and appetizer and a dessert. Which means a bigger bill and better tip ‍️ Even after we've been waiting around and after we were able to ask for the check, he proceeded to walk over and clear a large party's, now empty tables instead of just bringing our boxes and the check and then cleaning. We watched as he stacked up plates, organized silverware and stacked glasses before going into the kitchen.was a little strange to see that someone in the service industry who would do that. But kudos to the other server who pitched in for someone else's tables and the helpers that brought our food out too.

Waiter seemed to be in a rush for got appetizer and soon as food comes the appetizer did aswell took very long for food to come and the Waiter didn't check on us after food was out

So I came, and I waited for about 10 minutes at the bar without seeing anyone. Then the guy next to me said, "I've been waiting 40 minutes on a salad. " At that point I bailed.

When you walk in, you can go to your left and sit at tables with white linens or to the right and sit in the bar section. We opted for the second. We ordered quickly, but never saw our waitress again, someone else brought our food out 35 minutes later, we ordered burgers medium, they came out well done. Not the end of the world we ate them because the bar maid was busy and our waitress was nowhere in sight, but they were dry. The bar maid came by as we were finishing and asked how things were and shared with us our waitress left! Maybe if we decide to try again.we'll try the 1st option and get better service sitting at the tables with linens.

Foods is decent. Tacos are okay. They make good sandwiches. Fries and chips are good. Like much of Twinsburg Restaurants, they are short staffed so be prepared for things to take a bit longer than normal. The outside patio has a lot of shaded areas.

Didn't care for the taste of any food here. Broccoli was frozen and chicken breast was pre made. Over priced for microwave meal. It was clean and server was nice. Would not go back for food.

Nice place to grab some lunch during work hours. Wasn't too busy and the service was friendly and fast. Food tasted good. We never had any issues here.

What a great find while traveling! Fantastic she crab soup, tenderloin tri-tips, wraps, hummus and veg appetizer and plenty of options for the kids! Service was outstanding as well!

Good food, service could be better, the waitress should pay more attention to her customers, regardless how late they come in. We also shouldn't be looking for her when we're ready to go I watched her talking at the bar for 10 minutes before I decided to get up. Also my nephew ordered a flatbread pizza, we didn't know it was a full pizza we thought it was a personal pizza. But her seeing a kid order this could've said something.

Very nice atmosphere, I was pleasantly surprised. White table clothes and real candlelight by also a sports bar feel. I only tried a wrap because it was lunch but they had a excellent variety of menu items. I hope to return and try more.

Food was Ok. The service was slow although the sign at the entrance said they were short on staff. May not sit as many people? But they were honest. A bit expensive. Drink was weak.

They put together a wonderful birthday party. The display of food, and taste was great. Our waitress was "Johnny on the spot"! She was very efficient and friendly. Dining room looked so nice and clean. Would give this place an A+. We are from Florida and we will be back.

The food was okay, overpriced and the service was slow. The mashed potatoes were chunky and lukewarm. The carrot cake cheesecake was not good, it was obviously cut and left to sit uncovered so there was a dried crust on the outside. I have had better experiences at this restaurant.

It's ok. Wouldn't go again. Chicken was overcooked. I suspect the vegetables of the day were frozen. Hamburger was decent though.
