Brides By the Falls, Chagrin Falls OH

I had an amazing experience at Brides by the Falls and was able to find my dream wedding dress. The owner, Jennifer, was so knowledgeable and helpful while also giving me advice along the way. I never felt rushed or pressured by her or the sales staff. I was able to take my time, try on as many dresses as I needed, and ultimately said YES to the best dress!

I've had the opportunity to work with Brides by the Falls multiple times as a Cleveland wedding photographer. This is a boutique that I wholeheartedly recommend to my brides for a few reasons. The first being that the service here is impeccable! Over the last few weeks the store was flooded due to a building issue. Because I have brides with them I have an up close view of what's taking place. I am BLOWN away by how Jennifer and her team is handling what could have been a catastrophic issue. They didn't miss a beat. Because Jennifer is so well respected in the community she instantly sourced other options for fittings, dress try ons, and pick ups. I genuinely don't know how she's sleeping with how hard she's working but I do know that anyone who was fortunate enough to have purchased their wedding dress with Brides by the Falls is in such good hands. They are a perfect example of exemplary customer service. I'm blown away and they'll continue to be at the top of our list!

If you are going wedding dress shopping in Cleveland, you NEED to go to Brides by the Falls! They were able to accommodate me while I was in town and were extremely patient with me as I am very particular. I had visited other shops and tried on plenty of dresses, but they were the only shop that truly listened and adjusted the dresses they were pulling! Their knowledge of the inventory was amazing and helped them give me as many options as possible. I found my dream dress and I am so excited to work with them! My sister also got her dress at Brides by the Falls and her experience/alterations were seamless.

Jennifer and Mia were amazing. I unfortunately got stuck at work and Jennifer was very understanding. I showed up about a half hour late and we got right to looking. I told her what my budget was and she only pulled items within that price range. It made my experience very easy and not feel pressured. They worked together to get me in and out of dresses as quick as possible when in the dressing room. It was seamless. They also only put their opinions in when I asked of them which was lovely. Truthfully, this was the most relaxed experience I have had in the three dress shops I have tried. Overall, I would highly recommend Brides By the Falls. I bought my wedding dress from Brides by the Falls, and loved my experience. The owner-Jennifer was especially helpful when picking out a dress, as every option was BEAUTIFUL. Amber who did my alterations was kind and hilarious, and made my dress fit like a glove. I would recommend them to anyone!

Everything about the experience was amazing! The whole staff makes you feel so special and eradicates any level of nervousness! The dress selection is great and they stock many in sizes that work for thicker brides. I haven't found the one just yet but they're ordering loaners of a couple others for me. You can't beat that!

I highly recommend booking your bridal appointment with Brides By the Falls! I had a wonderful appointment with Darby and Sydney. I came in not knowing what I was doing, and so unsure about shopping for a wedding dress. They made me feel so comfortable and supported during the entire appointment. They really listened to me, and pulled dresses that fit what I was looking for. I ended up finding a dress that I love, but they did not pressure me into purchasing. I plan on coming back soon to say yes to a dress!
