Worst customer service imaginable, BUYERS AND SELLERS STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS! Delayed closing, didn’t answer phone calls or emails, and provided no help to us along the way.
I've done 2 deals with them and each time I was updated and questions were answered in a timely manner. The prompting for this review is that I had a deal that was stalled and was delayed 3 times from another title company. I reached out to Jennifer to see if they could do something with what was stalling it and not only did she work it and update me over the weekend they were able to pull it from the other company, expedite it and close days after getting it moved to them! What an awesome result! Myself and my partner are over the moon!
