Had some minor problems with our A/C. Tech person was in our area and stopped by the same day. He found what the problem was and quickly made the repairs. The price was very reasonable for his service. Could not be happier! I would strongly recommend Bright Comfort.

I highly recommend Bright Comfort Air & Electric! Super responsive- Came within an hour of reaching out to him. Extremely personable, did a thorough job, had all the parts with him that were necessary to have my AC back up and running within about 15 mins, very reasonable pricing too.

Darrell came as soon as he could to fix my air and heat. Very good to have someone who you can trust to take care of your problem

Came out and evaluated our non working a/c unit during the 90+ degree week. Installed a new unit within 36 hours of consult. Worked quickly and both men very nice.

Darryl and his team are the best. Have told my whole family about them. They installed a new unit in my old home and he has taken the time with me to make sure everything is right and I understand the new unit.

Darrell is the man. We’ve used him to install a new system in our first home and maintain the system in our current home. He sets clear expectations and keeps up with communication. He is always prompt, fair and reasonable. He does great work and has gone above and beyond. Thanks for taking care of us, Darrell!

Set an appointment for a new AC install for Friday between 1 and 2. They never showed up. No call. Nothing. Poor customer service, especially when someone is prepared to drop a few thousand on a job.

Very disappointed.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY! Tried selling me a new $3000 furnace because of a part HE installed backwards!
I had my furnace diagnosed and found the smart valve was bad. The HVAC guy doing the work went on vacation before the part could come in and would be gone for 10 days. I ordered the part, contacted Bright to come install it. Darrell quoted me $100 over the phone to install. He came, installed it and furnace still did not work. Paid him the $100. He said “this thing has problems” and quoted me $2000-$3000 for a new furnace. The original HVAC guy returned from vacation and came to look at the furnace and the work Darrell had done. Turns out Darrell installed the valve backwards. So gas was going straight from pipe to pilot light, not through the valve as it should. The valve even says In and Out on it! Other guy installed it correctly and works perfect. I contacted Darrell, explained what happened and told him I would like my $100 back. Sent him a picture of the invoice from the other company. He agreed and admitted he made a mistake. It has been 2 weeks. I’ve contacted him about the money and have yet to see it. The worst part of all this is him quoting me up to $3000 for a new furnace when it was just the part he installed wrong. Then tried blaming the other company that fixed it for a couple hundred dollars and not $3000. He wants to come look at it, no thanks. You can’t even install a valve correctly. Why would I have you touch my furnace that works perfect now?

Darryl fixed a problem that no one else could even diagnose properly, and he did it for $85. He's the best - I've recommended him to a dozen of my neighbors!

I would highly recommend this company. I had issues with other companies recently being dishonest which costed a lot out of pocket and almost ruined my system. I reached out to this company after hearing positive feeback and the owner himself came the same day after hours to help. He fixed the mistakes of other companies and was honest and essy to work with. Darrell thanks for keeping me cool! He is also very reasonable:) thanks again!
