Current patient, good ideologies, but ran as a psychosocial control program, so they can tell you what's best for your life. If you have independence avoid this place. They also show no respect, care, or concern for their patients unless you're going to be a consistent source of money for them.

Brightview genuinely cares and listens to their patients. Compassionate and empathetic staff members. I’ve seen so many people have lasting success with changing their lives for the better! BV offers the support, education, medication management and individualized plans to assist patient’s with meeting their goals! I can’t thank Dr. Ryan enough for his kindness and compassion.

I'm a patient at the Batavia, Ohio branch. As someone who has struggled with some form of addiction for 30 years I must say that Brightview is phenomenal. I've been thru 7 different treatment programs and this is the 1st one where it seems the staff actually care. Can't recommend enough.

Great group sessions! They don't make you feel like you're the scum of the Earth like other treatment centers do. They are most considerant of your feelings but they are percent real of what's expected to stay sober. I love my one on one councilor, she's great. They don't make you feel like you are just another addict.

Brightview is a one of a kind addiction recovery center. The people that work inside the Batavia office are so kind and non judgemental. They've helped me save my life! I've been sober for 4 years but continue my treatment there. It seems now that everyone is one bi ifg happy family here. They will help you find a job, get a home, they have psychology now to. I go to Brightview in Batavia Ohio and I absolutely truly believe that everybody that works there deserves a ribbon these people are great they truly care about you they help you in any way they can the counselors the people at the front desk the doctors they are truly some of the best people you could ever meet I recommend it 100% for anybody who truly wants recovery this is where you need to go hands down

My experience has always been great. The people who work there actually care about their patients and that matters. I can say i have been sober for almost six years now and because I still go to brightview i am sure they saved my life. The counselors care about their patients and the nurses and doctors are very interested in what is happening in every day life and they always want to be sure that they ask all the right questions.

Brightview is 5here to help you get over that hump of always waking up sick trying to figure out how your going to get your next fix. I've got 2 and half years clean and if you do the program it does work. The only catch is " Y I have to be ready, seriously, in your heart ready, cause if. Your not then it's not going to help. " Brightview counselors are there for you and listen to you and help you with what ever you need help with if it's with in their means, between counselors and case managers. Try it if your looking to start a new clean life.it gets better.
