Always friendly, efficient and thorough! Brightwood is one of the cleanest veterinary places I have been!

We've had great experience with Brightwood over the years. They see all 4 of our pets and I especially love the vet techs and Dr. Federer. They are absolutely great with my pets, including my very skittish/nervous cat and help them feel more at ease. They also always take the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed or like I"m being an inconvenience.

Excellent, accommodating, staff! Doctor is thorough, informative, compassionate, works well with difficult patients.

This was our first time here and everyone was so nice. The vet techs were super nice and did a great job. The vet was awesome, he answered all our questions and we didn’t feel rushed. He was very gentle with our pup and did a great job looking him over.

Great and straight-forward vet care for my cat. Doesn’t try to scam you by saying your pet needs a bunch of different tests. Makes good and knowledgeable suggestions. Will keep going here moving forward.

This was my first visit to Brightwood. The vet communicated clearly the plan for surgery. Staff is pleasant and friendly. Clean environment. I loved getting in and out in twenty minutes. What a treat.

We met Dr Federer for the first time when our dog Gator had his wellness visit this past week and he was amazing! He was so friendly and so knowledgeable! He explained everything he was doing, asked if we had questions, and treated Gator so kindly. You can definitely tell he has a love for animals. I’m so excited to have him involved in our dog’s care! And the techs are so friendly and kind. They’re always excited to see Gator which makes him also excited to see them! This practice is really top notch and will be even better under Dr. Federer’s leadership!

Dr. Federer and all the vet techs at Brightwood are simply amazing! They have tons of patience with my goofy puppy who doesn’t sit still well and they make themselves available to answer all my questions! Great place to take your pets

This was my first time taking my cat to this veterinarian office but I was very impressed with how they handled my baby. They talked to him and tried to make him feel as comfortable as possible and even gave him multiple different cat treats. My cat is not fond of the doctors but he was surprisingly a lot calmer around this vet and the vet techs (although he did try to scratch him once lol). Overall a very positive experience and I would take any of my animals back to this vet. They talked over the options for my cat with me and even talked me out of paying for stuff I didn't need. I ended up paying roughly $100 which was great considering they had to deal with my cats craziness and they gave him an antibiotic shot for his mild respiratory infection. I will definitely recommend this veterinarian hospital to all my family and friends!

I have a ten year old dog who has severe PTSD and is extremely protective of me. He is such a sweet, loving boy. Unfortunately I get horrible anxiety that he will hurt others and he does not like his feet touched at all. All of these factors combined make it overwhelmingly stressful to get him proper care. I found out my sister had Monday off and Nowlen (my dog) does great with her. She is able to be calm and he is so in-tune with surrounding people’s emotions. I took a chance an called in to see if they would be able to accommodate us on such short notice. Brightwood was able to get us a ten am time slot. I was able to medicate my dog the night before and morning of. My sister met me in the parking lot and stayed with him for his appointment. Every single staff member was amazing! Nowlen did so well, was able to get his rabies up to date, and the best mani pedi he’s ever had. This was such a wonderful experience for me and better yet my dog. The staff also let me know that if I wanted to make a tech visit in the future they would be willing to help get him inside and keep his nails trimmed. I cannot thank the staff enough for this amazing experience. My dog is so loved, never once did I feel judged. He’s been trotting along since Monday, such a happy boy without painful paws. Thank You Brightwood!

They were every understanding of my problem and helped me through my worries of my 15 year old cat. They gave me an opportunity that other vets with medication that was easier to give to her.

Staff was friendly and everyone made our dog’s experience great for her (she was anxious when we first got there)!
