I cannot say enough good things about working with Brittany. Not only is she extremely professional, organized, and on top of her game, she also goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, beautiful, and at ease during your session. She recently photographed myself and my team and we all loved the experience beyond words! I felt like an absolute queen in her bright and airy, beautiful studio. Cannot recommend Brittany enough!

Though she may be a bit pricey. I always enjoy every minute of Brittany. It's like she becomes apart of your family. Has one of the brightest personalities and is amazing with kids. Theres not enough I can say about her!

BGP is literally the BEST OF THE BEST. Brittany is hands down the sweetest most caring, loving, kind, and compassionate person you will ever meet. Her attention to detail at the shoot and in her editing is evident when you see your gorgeous images. She is so amazing with kids, even the tough ones that refuse to smile or refuse to particulate in the photoshoot (I have 3 young kids). We are so lucky that we have 7 years of amazing BGP images covering the walls our home. We will forever cherish all our time with Brittany and her dream team and are always looking forward to the next session we are able to book with her. With BGP, the saying “you get what you pay for” is absolutely true, and that’s not a negative thing at all. Yes you might pay a little more than your average photographer, but the memories and the images you come away with are absolutely priceless! She and her team go above and beyond to give you pure magic and the very best, all the time.

The Gidley Team has been gifting my family with amazing memories since I graduated high school over five years ago in 2015. My first shoot with Brittany was to capture some senior pictures with my parents so many years ago. While that photo shoot was stunning it pales in comparison to what she has captured over the years with my 2&1/2 year old daughter and I. My house might as well be a shrine to the work she does. From my daughters new born pictures to our most recent second birthday shoot Team Gidley never fails to make me tear up when I get that email our pictures are ready. She does a wonderful job of coordinating with you so you know what to wear and where you will be going for each shoo. She does an amazing job tailoring where we do to individual families. Everything about our newborn session with Brittany was amazing. As a new mom with a 10 day old I had no idea what to expect! Brittany was patient and encouraging as we took frequent breaks so I could feed our baby and give the baby some wake time before she got sleepy again. Everything from booking the shoot, arriving at the studio, session time and photo delivery was easy. Brittany and Shawn were warm and welcoming making us feel like old friends. We could not be more happy with our photos. We are looking forward to more sessions in the future!

I have had several sessions with the Brittany Gidley Dream Team between 2013-2018. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone for several reasons. She is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. While I was worried about having my kids ready for the perfect shot, she was calm, gentle and organized, making the shoots seamless. It doesn’t hurt that she was a NICU nurse. My kids always have a good time too. Brittany was highly recommended due to her work at Rainbow Babies NICU and not being afraid to photograph fragile babies.being in the NICU was a very stressful and life changing experience. I spent 101 days in the hospital with my son on average 14-16 hours a day. I researched so many beautiful newborn NICU photos and also wanted to capture these special moments of mommy and son. I sent Brittany a long letter on exactly what I wanted. I also asked if we should meet up and discuss what I wanted. I purchase numerous outfits and props and saved hundreds of photos that I thought captured the special moment.
We were told to wear more plain outfits and colors and not to wear lots of designs. I wore a plain white tank top and my boyfriend a plain white t-shirt. Unfortunately there were no all black back drops or editing and we looked very plain in a plain white colored hospital background. The quality of the photos were terrible and the only thing that was captured was a pure medical back drop not capturing any delicate moments or love just staged hallmark type photos. No special editing or techniques applied. A few of her digital pictures looked very morbid and were hard to look at. I was absolutely heart broken over this big moment and spent a big chunk of money on this shoot. I was not really offered an apology or re edit or caring response from Brittany. Only an excuse that when he comes home from the hospital we can do a better shoot. I was intending on doing the 1 year package and paid the $1000 deductible but after getting these pictures and being so upset that I'll be never get these moments back ever when I spent such a huge amount of time in the NICU was really heart breaking. It hurts to even look at newborn photo shoots and NICU pictures as ours are terrible. I took cellphone pictures the same week that were beautiful so thankfully I have those. I feel the communication was very vague and she just kept responding were going to love what she does she's going to spoil him. She was in and out in 1 hour flat and my son was anything but spoiled. I bragged about her to everyone befor the shoot and was so beyond excited to find her. That was one of the biggest mistakes we will have to live with now.

In our NICU we are fortunate to see a lot of miracles, but for any parent this environment was likely not planned. Moms and dads had envisioned a nursery instead of constant alarms and tubes. For many caregivers the beautiful first moments with their newborn baby is taken away and replaced with fear and uncertainty. When we have the opportunity to bring Brittany in though, she gives these families a sense of normalcy and hope. Over time, this hope translates into a renewed sense of strength for these parents so they can keep fighting for their little ones which we know can makes all the difference. With Brittany, it isn’t just the magnificent pictures she captures, but it’s also the whole entire experience from the moment she enters the room. The nurses, doctors, and therapists also feed off of Brittany’s contagious energy (and often times treats too ️).
