If I could give this company, and it's affiliated company T. N. T. Towing less than one star I would. They illegally repossessed my vehicle on the grounds that they'd replace the broken frame on the car they'd sold me "With no major issues" Then simply blocked my number and ceased all communication with the hopes I'd let it go long enough to be a legal repossession. This place needs shut down, it's a blight on our community. Do not for any reason what-so-ever do business with them. As I now must go through court, an attorney, the police dept, and the BBB to recoup thousands in damages.

They don't ever answer the phone they have had our car we bought from the for OVER 2 WEEKS. And have left us completely in the dark. No calls back no texts not even a hey we are sorry we are busy and haven't been able to call or text.

Would leave less than 1 star if I could. Found out they cut the catalytic converter off. Can't get tags. Too expensive to fix. Had to junk it. I will see them in court

I can't even put into words how grateful I am I called B.r. M motors. To make a long story short. I'm a struggling single mother. Was ready to just give up on life. My Jeep broke down right before 4th of July had it towed home sat at home making calls trying to get it fix in the process I lost my job due to not showing up! Had it towed again to a repair shop I dealt with in the past they said it was going to be 2000 which I didn't have! I already kicked out over 6000 in three years on repairs. I continued to make phone calls sitting at home so I came across B.r. M motors explained my situation an they fix my Jeep free of charge me an my kids are so thankful an will continue to do business once I get back on my feet I highly recommend this company if you're looking to repair buy or even trade your vehicle. Great people there an hard workers who will work with you. I hope my no longer friend See's this review! Because she wouldn't help me with coming in to talk with them about getting my Jeep fix because of the bad reviews. They are wonderful an I'm so very grateful I didn't give up an continue to reach out to them! Thank you all so much!

I bought an 07 Audi A6 Quattro and two months later bought a 2003 tahoe. It did break down, the owner Josh came and towed me himself at probably 1030pm. Gave me another car off his lot to drive until mine was fixed. I got my tahoe back and it runs great now some wire was broke or something. An amazing guy Josh is thank you for everything I mean it

Don't use them to buy your car thru peddle they go thru it when ur not home and give low ball offer after u told all wrong even when u said all it's good for is junk or parts. I would give zero star if I could. And I pushing the matters going on property when I wasn't home and in the truck also. When they couldn't meet the time scheduled and asked reschedule for next day because I had to leave. And it wasn't front lawn it was kinda in back yard. So they trespassed and went through it when no one home when told wait to next day.

They failed to properly pick up my car for tow 2 different times now and are blaming us for that. When you ask for the “manager” they hang up on you and don’t return your call. Scam business going on here.

Awesome place to buy a car, Bobby Joe was great to deal with, understood I needed a car and she made it happen, would recommend to anyone needing a good quality car, I will definitely buy from again.

Drove out there from PA to buy a 99 chevy lumina from them. Great running car with low miles for 2 grande. Awesome deal! They even gave me a free cat for it so I can get it inspected back home. And they did a great job fixing my impala I showed up in when my wheel bearing started to go out halfway there. Ms. Joe and Josh are nice people. They were honest about the car upfront and even let me take it to another shop for a second opinion. Car was well cared for and all fluids looked great as well. Thanks fellas!:)

Call and they offered $540.00 for our grand marquis. Appointment set for 1: 00 on the 15th. Time came and went, no phone calls or anything, I called them about 2: 00 and was told the appointment was changed to 3: 00. Again time came and went. I once again called and was told the truck was on another call, she would call me back for another time later in the day. I again had to call because they never returned my call, I was told the truck was broken and would have to reschedule for another day, this is totally understandable. I took a half day of work to deal with this. I guess they have no respect for the people they deal with. I have reported them to Peddle. From what I have been told they are a shady place that has more complaints than any business in the area. Very rude people. I will be contacting the AG for the state of Ohio and filing a form complaint.

Scammed through a peddle deal. Have had to go through a lot with Peddle to straighten things up.

The car isn’t safe to drive and has a blown out timing chain but they listed it for sale as “no major issues” on Craigslist the same day.

Knowing how bad of shape this vehicle was in, I’m scared of what they are selling to the public.

I would avoid at all costs.

Shady people, read some of these reviews before engaging in business with them.

UPDATE- Owner replied with “I'm sry you feel that way but the only issues with the car you sold us was a cam and crank sensor and the car ran and drove perfect id suggest getting a new mechanic to look over your cars because clearly they over looked some things when going over it and the new owner of the car has took it to north Carolina with no issues”

The vehicle is not in North Carolina it is listed on Craigslist in Wooster, OH. Stay clear of this shady place. It has significant issues which somebody is going to find soon. Have contacted the BBB

Got a car from here abt a month ago and had problems I didn’t know about, couldn’t even leave the lot the car was so messed up they refused to give me a refund, so I got everything on it fixed, that was noticeable, I went to go drive it and the transmission is all messed up, don’t buy a car from here!

Received a offer from Peddle of $460 for my vehicle to be bought. They sent these people to pick it up. I understand that a lower offer could be given after a inspection for different reasons but when you don’t send the driver with enough cash to pay that amount then you know they wanted to low ball you from the start! Was told by the driver they told him to pay $350. When I started questioning things about the offer he made a phone call and came back with $400. I agreed with letting him know I would be filing a complaint with Peddle. When I mentioned the $460 again he said he only carries large bills. Then I caught him off guard by saying I had $40 if he gave me $500. He said he had another pick up and needed the cash he had on him. Not a credible place to be dealing with and glad I’m done with them! Don’t let their politeness fool you at the start cause they are out to screw you if they can!
