Broadmoor Nails & Spa, Solon OH

I had a wonderful experience! Mai took care of me. I walked in and only had to wait a few minutes. I got a gel pedicure and I did a dip manicure. She was very fast, efficient and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. I highly recommend Broadmoor nails and Mai!

My mom and i've been going to Broadmoor Nails & Spa in Solon since 2021 and absolutely LOVE this place! <3

everyone is super talented and friendly! And the quality of work is consistent throughout the salon team

plus, we've seen them make multiple upgrades and improvements to the salon and business over the years! They definitely listen to their customer feedback.some of the changes (since 2021) include:
- text reminders for appts.
- diff colors available regularly
- new pedicure and manicure chairs
- rewards / loyalty program!

of course - i always book with my gurl Ashley:) her almond shape slays my life! She knows like every color AND she can do some impressive designs.they definitely have the talent to do that manicure you have a screenshot of girllllllll ;)

appointments on the weekend are v recommended! And they're going to be busy around major holidays / high travel seasons.truly want to close this review out saying that we (my mom and I) love everyone at Broadmoor Nails & Spa Solon - Paul, Anna, Helen, Rosie, Jimmy, Elena, Jason - and everyone else, we're so appreciative of you!

Broadmoor is a solid salon that is consistent- they provide great nails and service and are friendly and work hard. I choose Broadmoor over so many local salons.

My experience here has been good so far. I do have a preferred nail tech and she is awesome. She’s fast but good and pays attention to detail. My only issue was the one time I needed a nail repair and had to get whomever was available. The person did a sloppy job. My nail was bumpy, not smooth at all. It was cool they didn’t charge me but honestly, I would have paid or tipped if she acted like she gave a damn.

Had Ashley do my nails from 10-12: 20 today. Did normal pedi and mani. Far from the best pedi for sure. Let my polish dry for at least 45 minutes and she had is on so thick on both big toes that they are all gooped off and it’s only 1: 30. Also my fingernail polish she told me wait 15 minutes I waited almost 25 minutes and before I even walked out two nails were a goopy mess.
Won’t have her again for sure.

Horrible.i visit them for an express nail manicure. It took 5 minutes for Jason to do it. A shame on them. No quality.

They always get me in and out and if I'm not satisfied with something, they fix it with a smile!

This used to be such a great nail salon.disappointed and will never go back after years of service. The quality has gone down, customer service is lacking and above all the owner is beyond rude. Not sure if they have become to confident and have a poor attitude or? Shortly after a gel manicure a couple began to chip.getting in for a repair the owner continued (on and on) how it should be dip/not gel; it was almost comical if she wasn’t so rude. Cancelled all future appointments and will not go back (even though they keep calling to confirm the next apt). Similar experiences by friends as well. It’s to bad this place has gone downhill.

They only get 1 star because you have to give them one. HORRIBLE but I knew better because they have always been unprofessional. I go in at 4: 30 left at almost 6pm with not service. Let me just start by saying they are unsanitary! They didn’t finish my service because I requested not to have a drill used on my natural toe nails! They want to rush through your service half doing things. The second guy came over to service me and used his natural to dig in my cuticle. I requested he use nails tools, then got really mad and said I was to particular! Of course I am! You can get infections! Needless to say BLACK QUEENS don’t spend you money here. During the time I was waiting the same guy put on gloves and grab tools for the white lady being serviced after me. They mistreat us as if they are not a minority as well. Poor receptionist! They use her for all their dirty work. She was so stressed! They don’t want you to say anything! The fake manager was soooooo rude! Never said anything to me for 40 mins! Never looked up are not clean! #nevergoingback
