Broadway Pizza, Cleveland OH

The first time I bought a pizza it was amazing! Second time I purchased they decided to give me an old pizza. I will never be back here or recommend anyone eat here. I also noticed a random car with several people watching me wait for this pizza that was at least two days old. Just didn’t feel safe.

Horrible service the food good when they want it to be. The ppl that robbed them must've want they money back. The health department needs to investigate the establishment ASAP. They talk to ppl rudely when they are busy but if ppl wasn't calling y'all wouldn't have a job now I'm officially done today was it then y'all just got robbed, made it safe for the workers what about the paying customers we gonna get robbed coming to get a pizza. Thats enough for me not to stop here I'm not gonna be next.

Broadway pizza is a very good place and has been around for over 30 years.
The food is great, the people are kind.

The best salad ever had everything in it best pizza crust ever OMG I'm 60 yrs old and I haven't had you in 20 years drove from Parma and will be coming back soon for some late night delicious - ness awesome food and service thanks

(Lrg half&half> supreme /cheese)
and was told 25 mins.
(no problem> because we ridn and slidn anyway!)
Based on his first bite: His words
“it’s a Good pizza, it doesn’t taste like cardboard, and I ate a whole slice!

Ordered pizza and salad at 2am it was delievered on time the salad was fresher than ive seen in a long time and the pizza was great still hot i burned my tongue thank you guys!

I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy the food but I waited 2 1/2 hours for food and it never came I called them about it and they didn’t even seem to care.literally said "sorry" and hung up mind you I already paid over the phone. I asked for a refund but I doubt if the lady even issued it. What a way to scam consistent customers. Weirdos

I ordered delivery Friday night so i expected it to be an hour or so took an hour and 45 mins and they messed my order up three times in a row people must be hired out the garbage I order the simplest things always smh just pepperoni and cheese is not that hard smh place used to be a1 but several bad experiences lately and the worst part of it all the owner told me to come get my money I can get my Stromboli somewhere else very unprofessional it wasn’t my fault you can’t follow the most simple task
