Griffin has been nothing but absolute perfect with helping me with the sale of my house. I have never witnessed customer service like this before. He has went above and beyond helping me and providing so much information with this process. THIS GUY DESERVES ONE HELL OF A RAISE!

From the first phone call with Brock Restoration, I have been impressed. Michelle was very comforting during a very frantic time for our household. The crew that came in to deal with the immediate damage (flooded lower level/water heater), they were professional, pleasant and so efficient! *The level of care, service and communication was everything we needed during this time.

Words could never fully express my gratitude to the Brock Restoration team for their water damage cleanup services. This was my first experience dealing with a basement flood and all of the stress and emotions that go along with it. The team arrived within an hour of my call and immediately went to work evacuating the water and removing everything that was damaged. They ensured any water or debris tracked from the basement to the first floor was quickly removed and cleaned. They worked diligently and efficiently throughout the entire day and kept me and my husband up to date on their progress. The team returned every day that week to assess the progress as their equipment dried the basement and removed excess moisture. The office staff was just as incredible as the team that worked onsite. They provided amazing support during the insurance and billing process. This caring and talented team made the nightmare of a basement flood turn into the most positive experience I've ever had with a company. Thank you for EVERYTHING, Brock!

They took really good care of my home when I had unexpected water damage. They even made sure that my home was back to selling condition with in the time frame quoted.

While attending our daughters out of town wedding, we had several missed calls from our neighbors telling us water is coming out of our foundation. The fire department came and gave us the all clear for any electrical issues. Called our insurance who got us in contact with Brock Restoration. What I want to call the Drying Team, came out within an hour with their equipment. They came out every day to check the moisture levels and finally five days later our Project Mgr was at our door. They haven’t even pulled the blowers out yet! Joe walked us through the entire process and was very professional. We were introduced to Herb who was at our house every morning like clockwork. He to was super nice and professional. To me, Joe and Herb seemed like they are perfectionists and I really appreciated them for doing the work so well. As every project does, ours did have its share of hiccups. This was no fault to Brock Restoration at all. Joe and Herb stayed on there suppliers to make sure we could have our family around the table for Thanksgiving. Joe and Herb not only gave us our kitchen back, they made it more beautiful than I could ever imagine. We will forever be grateful to Joe, Herb and the entire Brock Restoration team.

Mark was very friendly. Took all of our concerns into account and created solutions for us on the spot. We have contracted them to complete the restoration of a fire damaged home. Look forward to continued success.

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. I'll make it easy for you in your restoration search, RUN. My home flooded and I met with several companies before deciding to go to with Brock Restoration - it was downhill from there. The job ran several months late, the project management was horrible, they pushed responsibility onto me majority of the time, and they're now threatening a lien on house - BUT THE JOB ISN'T DONE. There are more problems now than when they started because of their below average workmanship and use of outsourced work but they are simply refusing to fix it. My backsplash had to be re-done 3 times. At one point in my job, a worker peed in the toilet and they left it sitting there for two months- imagine how hard it was to get that smell out of my house. I can't stress enough, find ANYONE else.

We came home from being out of town with our basement ceiling on the floor from a water leak in our kitchen. It was a total disaster. We called Brock and they came the very same day. We are very happy with their work and their professionalism especially during the pandemic. A special shout out to Rodney, Tim, Matt, Griffin, and Jared. We worked with Mark directly and he couldn’t of been nicer. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Their work is excellent.

Tim and Rodney were prompt, professional and very helpful. They even swept out a back stairwell where they thought the drain was at risk of clogging. Really appreciate the great job they did!

Tim, Jim and Rodney from Brock Restoration cleaned our carpets, surface area and sanitize fogged our office as we prepare to reopen after closing for Covid 19. They did a great job, thorough and within a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend Brock Restoration.

I want to thank all of you so much for working with me on this. This was my first experience with a homeowner claim, and you all made the experience so easy for me. You were able to come out to cover the roof the same day and explained the process in a way that made it easy for me to follow. I appreciate you going the extra mile to meet the Insurnace appraiser to also help guide me, so I understood what he was talking about. Tom kept in touch through the whole process, even with the Covid 19 slowing down the inside end of the repair. He was in constant contact and I never felt that I was being left in the dark. I never had to worry what the next step would be. The roof and inside job turned out amazing. I know this was a small-scale job for your company, but never once did I feel like I was less important than more major jobs. It was a pleasure working with everyone at your company.

Tim and Rodney did a wonderful job finding the wet areas and advising what to do. Very helpful employees.

We had a lot of water damage in our newly finished basement from a drain pipe backup - I will say there were quick to arrive, got the water out and removed the flooring. Luckily, our insurance company covered everything. Our issues were more with the restoration part of the process. In the beginning we asked if we would need to remove any of the drywall and each person said we would have to wait and ask someone else. They also initially weren't going to replace any of the trim even though it had obviously pulled away from the wall. Eventually, they did decide to cut some of the drywall up 2 feet and replace trim. It took quite a while to get it done, then the quality of the drywall repair was not that great. They painted before sanding appropriately and we had to call the supervisor out to look. He said he would send a new team. They were better, but for some reason painted flat paint over what I had (satin), even though I gave them the exact paint color I had bought. The walls still were not patched in some places and you can kind of tell where they cut if you look closely and one of the walls is painted the wrong color in the corner which I fixed. The carpet was another story. I specifically gave them the carpet and padding I had bought. They said they get the same thing from another supplier but it was the same. I specifically told them I had bought the thickest padding and I wanted the exact same thing when it was replaced and I was assured that would be the case. When the guy came to install the carpet, I again asked him is this the exact same padding and he said "yes, ma'am". When the job was finished and I walked on it the first time I could tell right away it wasn't as thick. Again, I had to call the supervisor who came out and looked at it and said he would replace the padding. So we waited another couple weeks. The guy came back and replaced the padding. There is also vinyl plank flooring that had to be removed and replaced. I can say the person who installed it was okay, but left a small triangular piece around the toilet that he cut incorrectly instead of fixing it and also left a gap in between two boards that we had to have fixed. They cut the vinyl too short for the doorway entries, and so put clear caulk in hopes we wouldn't notice. We will be taking those up and fixing. So, for 1600 sq ft of vinyl and 2 rooms of carpet and some quarter round trim the total insurance had to pay for the repair was around $13,000 (not including the $6000 for the initial cleanup). I definitely would not use them again, I would take the option of taking the cash from the insurance company and hiring the people I had do the work initially. All in all, it looks okay to people who didn't see it before the damage and took 4 1/2 months to complete.
