Nice area/park, four hundred dollar question is it worth it? Personally prefer to rent a cabin at Oak Openings. Parks should be enjoyed by everyone, not just people whom can afford to rent event space. This is not a park it's an event space for profit. If I become sloppy overindulgence rich 10%, maybe just maybe.purchase land turn it into a beautiful park allow everyone to enjoy. Far as renting event space, small modest fee to help with cleaning and maintenance. Nonprofit free of charge as well as families whom make less then 5,000 a year.
