Brown Body & Paint Centre, Toledo OH

My brand new 2022 car got rammed by a drunk driver and my insurance suggested Brown Body and Paint.biggest mistake i’ve ever made bringing it here - they held my car hostage for FOUR MONTHS, scammed me out of $4000 in repair costs and $6000 in rental car fees, and the car isn’t even fixed- one of the major problems with the suspension is still happening, the doors no longer lock from the inside, and the side mirror is busted.the absolute disrespect and unprofessionalism i encountered here as a young woman are baffling.i am filing a complaint with the better business bureau.do not bring your car here even if it is the last repair shop on earth.

They finished my truck ahead of schedule and it looks good. Greatly appreciated since All-State didn't fully cover my rental expenses and I was liable per day for the rest.

My truck is still there, but so far the experience has been wonderful. I was in a wreck in September and my vehicle was towed there. We live in Texas and my wreck was in Michigan. The first manager I delt with wasn't my favorite. He kind of brushed me off when I called. HOWEVER, another manager I've been talking to has been outstanding. Rob has been answering all my questions and he's been taking care if me. He knows I have littkes and he's keeping me in the loop with my truck. We will be flying from Texas to get my truck wheen it's repaired, but Rob is going to make sure it's in tip top shape before releasing it.

If I could rate an negative 5 star I would, but I had to push one star just to leave an review. The experience with this body shop has been an absolute nightmare. When you call to inquire about your vehicle the folks in the body shop either do not answer the phone or have attitudes when they do answer. If you tell a person that their car will be ready by a certain date and it is not, then I do not understand why someone can't pick up a phone to let you know instead of having a customer come to the shop several times and leave each time without their vehicle because it is not ready. I spoke to an manger twice, each time he told me he would look into what's going on with my vehicle and he never returned the phone call. My car has been in this shop for a month and not one time did anyone call with information about delays or part shortage, but when I call this is what they tell me. The mangers are rude, very very unprofessional and can careless about meeting deadlines apparently. So this is supposed to be a family business? This place is an absolute joke! Send the mangers to chick fil a, maybe they can learn some customer services etiquette!

I was at the wrong place for an estimate, but Paul W.took care of me on the spot. He was very helpful, and once it became clear that I was at the wrong place, he still offered to do the repairs. Thank you, Paul.

WORST service ever! Understanding there's a labor and parts shortage, but the LEAST they could've done would be to call with updates! I've called every week for over 6 weeks, and they say they are "busy" but all you can hear are people laughing and joking in the background. I've gotten a different answer EVERY time I've called, and no one can give me a straight answer. Each person I talk to has a "it's your problem, not ours attitude. "

Amazing customer service body and paint repair flawless. Bob and the crew kept me in the loop. Also I will say Keith & co.in the parts department five stars as well as the service and oil change Arena to keep both my Honda Element, Accord in great shape.
