We have been with State Farm for over 27 years! Auto and home. Very easy to work with! Nice people!

If I could give negative stars I would. This company screwed my family. State farm lies and told us that direct deposit would be the fastest way to receive the settlement from them after a driver drove on the wrong side of the road and almost killed my daughter, totalling her car. The money is not there and they are making us return the rental before we have received the settlement. We have been completely inconvenienced and they have been extremely slow at attempting to right this injustice. I had to ride them the whole way even though their drive was completely negligent and completely responsible for the "accident ". It was such a bad accident 2 other drivers stopped to make sure they wrote witness statements detailing his lack of braking or any attempt to avoid hitting my child head on while speeding in a school zone. Customer service tried to blame our bank for the hold up but I was told direct deposit was the fastest way to receive the settlement. Upon arrival to the agency the employee stated she didn't know why they tell victims this because a paper check would have been faster since I had to come to the office to sign paperwork anyway. In addition to this I had to call them to find out the packet had even arrived. I have 2 jobs and my daughter goes to school and works, I cant just miss work to go looking for a car for her. We were promised the funds today so we could find a car tomorrow, which is only 1 day anyway, to find a car before the rental was to be returned. I do the right thing: pay my insurance, maintain my license and it's companies like this that screw the victim time and time again. I highly suggest getting a lawyer before settling and make sure you settle on a Saturday so the packet arrives midweek so they don't screw you too!
