Bruegger's Bagels, Willoughby OH

Misplaced 2 orders on mobile (had to drive back two times) and closed an hour early. This place used to be amazing idk what’s going on.

Bought some overpriced bagels through a home shopping network. Supposed to be the real thing from NY. Not so much. I was born and raised in NY and Brueggers bagels are far superior and very close to a NY style bagel. You won't be disappointed. Also reasonably priced and great coffee as well.

Each staff person makes the menu sandwiches differently - so it's a little inconsistent but overall good.

Always so good. Its been awhile. Now I work by one. Hopefully the bagel doesn't go straight to my waistline. Lol

Have great deal going on now. People there are pleasant and very helpful. I like the Willoughby store.

I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. The amount of cream cheese they put on is ridiculous. I took off about 3 large tablespoons. This is why they are always short or out of supplies. They have no understanding of portion control.

We sadly still frequent this location even though there are always out of the bagels that go with the $6 breakfast sandwich I get, are always low stock on many others, and today they were even out of the pre made hash browns they offer. Staff is generally polite but never any reason why the have so many shortages of stock items. Just, we are out, next mentality. So disappointed. Food is really good, if they have it. 11 times I have now ordered the exact sandwich that I loved the 1st time I had it, only 3 times they actually had the hash brown bagel that it is supposed to be on. Done with this location.

You can get good bagels and breakfast sandwiches here as well as good coffee. This place is good but the lines can take a bit.

Staff was very friendly. Food tasted pretty good (the farmhouse and the brisket egg bagel) WARNING: The sandwiches come cut in half. Had to learn that one the had way.:/

Nora greeted us very nicely as we walked In and prepared our order with a smile! Very good bagels and nice, kind, and quick young ladies working and the order is always out quickly

I'm just saying 4/5 cuz there was only 2 people working while it was busy. If there was a 3rd person then probably easily 5/5

A young lady working there got into a customer's face for not having a mask. The guy explained he just finished his workout and couldn't wear a mask as he was still cooling down. He even offered a letter from the doctor stating that he had medical clearance. We'll the young lady decided to take it upon herself to be "superior" and exclaim they couldn't be served because they didn't have masks on! Now she had a mask on, she she was "safe" The crew could have quickly served the customer (and his wife) and they could have gone about their way. But instead the girl called the POLICE! The RECOMMENDATION to wear a mask is NOT A LAW! IT CANNOT be enforced as such. So this young lady has just done the company she works for a huge disservice. I will not patronize a place that will allow employees to treat a customer that way! After all the business needs customers to survive! Through word of mouth it will be spread. I hope that the gentleman customer was able to get a bagel!

Employees were very unhelpful. Only one girl was doing nearly everything, the other two were gossiping about coworkers while either mindlessly sweeping or excruciatingly slowly making a sandwich. One of them did say have a good day as I left, that's about all she could manage.
