Bruno's Pizzeria, Lakeside Marblehead OH

Me an my family was staying near by an was hungry after a day at the park. We called an that's when the trouble started I ordered a Lasagna an wasn't told till I went to pick up the food over 30 mins later that they don't carry that. The food we did get, was made poorly an was gross. Tasted like a day old frozen meal reheated. An the pizza we ordered was burnt. Needless to say we will never order from there again nor would I ever recommend it to anyone either. Sad to because they are one of the only places in the small area we was staying

Had 2 Pizzas and a salad on a Sunday and they were both very good! Ready in 15 minutes as promised! Glad they had Gluten Free Crust.

We were in the area a few years ago and feeling a bit pekish so we decided to give Brunos a try. The Pizza was really go and the atmoshere was very nice. I would highly recomend this location if you are in the area.

This was an unplanned visit but it was wonderful. Good pizza and great service at a prime location.

Good pizza and good service. They used to be really slow a few years ago, and we stopped coming, but we gave them another chance this year and they have dramatically improved.

Bruno's food is usually really good however the service we received on Monday absolutely shocked me and really disappointed me. I'm typically an order and pick up kind of person but we were in the middle of something and ordered delivery.was told an hour (on a Monday for one pizza) which was fine after an hour and 20 minutes we called to ask if we could just pick it up and they said they wasn't sure who told us an hour but it was going to be an additional hour! So we canceled the order and went out somewhere else just for them to again call us back to tell us they made another mistake and the pizza was ready so they wanted payment for said pizza! What restaurant calls you after THEIR mistake demanding you pay for something you never received? ! Highly irritated and disappointed. I hate to let one interaction define my opinion of somewhere, but this one really had us frustrated.

This is one of our go to spots while camping. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Very clean. Prompt, friendly service

Came into town after stopping to grab a stuffed animal for our grandson from African Wildlife Safari. Stopped in to try the pizza and WOW, awesome little pizza shop. The atmosphere is open and welcoming, staff friendly and knowledgeable about their product and business. Our server Scott was absolutely fantastic, had great recommendations on the food. Food came out quickly and was delicious

Pizza is so good! Wings were flavorful. We ate here 2 times on our trip to Lake Erie. The first-time service was great. The second time with a different server, it could have been better. Iced tea tasted way off for 2 of us and had to switch out with a different drink. A pizza was made as half and half instead of just one kind that we ordered. We were informed after it was made, took half and half, and then they made another pizza in the correct order to replace it. That was very kind, but since we were from out of town, we had nowhere to put the pizza to be able to eat it later since we already accepted the other one. Offering a refund on that item would have been the better option.

Great place to eat. My little granddaughter accidentally tipped over the pizza and it hit the floor. They made another one right away. Just great people.

Great pizza. Got here at closing. They still took our order since they hadn't turned off the oven. Waited and talked with us about the area, happy to serve a customer.

Not from the area one and I have some very good taste in pizza not from the original Pizza Hut Domino’s. I wanted some real homestyle pizza and was very disappointing. Call the establishment and the person to answer the phone had to ask in the background every question I have for him did they have this? They have that he couldn’t answer the question no prices didn’t know the prices, my point is…. Let someone answer the phone that knows the menu understand the menu and don’t have to yell in the phone to her or his employees what prices and what they sell and if you’re not from the area which I am not, and you trying to give me a store credit and that’s the best you can do then you get this type of review you should’ve made it right good luck to any persons families that order from this establishment

I liked it but my wife wasn't impressed. We got the meat lover specialty pizza and not much meat. The flavor was good. I'd at least like to try it again.

We also got the margarita pizza, and it was good. Great cheese and flavor. The cheesy bread was very good as well.

The service was top notch, and our server was very friendly and filled our drinks, etc, perfectly
