Bryan Engine Rebuilding

I heard a lot of good about this company and honestly this may have been a one time poor occurrence but I dropped off a weld machine that needed a govenor looked at. It sat outside for 3 months and I hadn't heard from them so I decided to call. The first two voice-mails I left were ignored but the 3rd time I called they picked up and told me they haven't started on it yet but would get it in in a few weeks. 2 months more go by and I tried calling and leaving a voice-mail again while being ignored. I didn't want to annoy them so I decided to wait another month. At this point I'm obviously becoming frustrated and so I try calling yet again and the receptionist picks up to tell me that they have to speak with the mechanic and will call me right back, it's been 4 days since that conversation. Today I decided to call to let them know I would be picking it up since it has been 6 months of them ignoring me and the machine I dropped off, they did not answer so I picked it up anyway. Pretty sure they don't realize it's even gone. I am now stuck with a dead battery and a dirty carburetor since 6 month old gas has been sitting in it.
