We own a home that is extremely difficult to heat. It was built in 2007 and we have been freezing every winter until now. Last spring we had the entire HVAC replaced and Arzelle zoning installed. As a result, every bedroom essentially has its own thermostat, so every guest can choose their comfort temperature. It's great to set a thermostat and actually have the house reach that temperature. Bryan and Suns was extremely professional and the job was completed quickly. We are so happy with their work. We highly recommend them to anyone needing any HVAC work!

Today we had our air conditioning replaced and I could not have worked with a better group of people. Starting with Christine who answered my calls when I had question to Sandy when it was time to schedule to our techs who handled the installation. Everyone was courteous, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Our installers were prompt on arrival, explained what the process would be for the installation, were very respectful and were very diligent about clean up as the went along. They took the time to demonstrate the new thermostat with my wife as well. Based on this experience along with our past experience with service needs we will only work with Bryan and Suns going forward.

Mike is fantastic! We have a geothermal unit that’s wasn’t properly sized for our needs, causing a lot of headaches. We were ready to get rid of the geo and purchase all new natural gas furnace and A/C. Mike was able to diagnose, explain in detail how these units work etc, and offer a “retrofit” solution that no one else has been able to do. Highly recommend

They refuse to answer questions or transfer call to appropriate person for service related questions unless you provide your name and address. I had mentioned to the Secretary that I do not feel comfortable providing my address unless I know I will proceed with the company. She responded by saying that is their policy and they do not provide any answers to any questions until an address is provided. The company that recommended this HVAC company was made aware of their response and was in shock at the customer service.

Very professional and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable and fair. Because the home was neing insulated with cellulose. They were able to use a smaller heating unit to heat our 2500 square ft home. Saved me some money and still have the efficiency we desired.

They installed a new unit and did a great job. I need to replace the other furnace later this year and I will have them back to do that job as well. I highly recommend Bryan and Suns. I have used them for years to service both my furnaces. They have always been great!

What an easy and great experience! Greg came out to service my dad's furnace for it's yearly maintenance. Greg called to tell me when he was arriving. He arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very nice, knowledgable and informative. He didn't try to "sell" me anything, even though my dad's furnace is 23 years old. He took time to explain things and show me things. He gave me good advice on how/when to consider a new furnace. I appreciated that he respected my dad is elderly. It is so hard to find a company and technicians who provide a service with integrity, at such a reasonable price, and on time! So glad I found this one! I would recommend this company to anyone. Setting an appointment was also easy and thorough, so kudos to the office as well!
