Bought a hood for civic, and I was hurry, went next day to pick it up.part was not ready, even though they said 24 hours, I requested sooner cuz I had a plane to catch, they never cared.its only 10 min job to take out a hood.not a good customer service.

I called and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Bobby. His customer service went above and beyond of any that I would've expected in this industry. He was very patient with the thousands of questions I asked and made sure that I got the best quote possible. He had my part shipped fed ex the next day! Will recommend to friends and family! Top Notch!

Great service, I called ahead, because I live 2 hours away. When I arrived they had everything ready to go. I even bought a set of used tires while I was there. The tires looked new. Thanks guys.

Needed a 2.7 L Hyundai Tucson motor, paid over $1000.00 for a motor they said ran. The motor could never had run, crank position sensor bad. You guys lied to me, cost me all kinds of extra work, your frauds. It's not nice to mess with a son of GOD, bobby.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE was horrible, and when I got the wrong part, it was said I could only get 25% of my money per the refund policy, which clearly stated 75% when I pointed it out to them. Don't waste your time or money, Edison is right down the street, go there if you want better service!

My shop experience was great with buckeye. I ordered a part for a 2001 Audi S8. After installing the part on the car we found that it was not the correct part due to a vin split for this year. I spoke with doug and he was able to help me out and get the part returned. I will continue to use buckeye auto parts for my recycled parts needs.

After getting the run around from a few other places these men went above and beyond to help me. Being as I'm from Texas our here visiting family I got a flat and bent my rim, they did all the work and saved me over $200! Would tell everyone I know about this place! Thank you gentlemen!

Got a radiator and a door handle from this place last summer. Decent service, and I was able to pick up the parts the next morning

Worst scrap yard in town. If you want to be treated like trash call these unprofessional pieces of crap.
