Dr Geoffrey Stefko is an amazing dentist. He really takes his time to listen to his patients. Went above and beyond to figure out what the problem could be where other medical doctors did not. Highly recommend Buckeye Dental and Braces if you are looking for a great dentist. His staff is pretty awesome too. Amber got us in immediately. The office is very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a new dental office look no further! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. A warm welcome from Amber, who helped me with my paperwork and all the ins and outs of my insurance coverage. To Danielle, who assisted Dr Stefko during my exam, making sure I was comfortable the entire time, to Hailey explaining my follow up care then ending with Jess, the hygienist, who talked with me on the importance of regular check ups without making me feel bad for how far behind I am. You all are awesome and I now look forward to seeing the dentist!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW DENTIST I SUGGEST KEEP LOOKING BECAUSE BUCKEYE DENTAL IN AVON IS TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING. I called the office and left a message on Wednesday July 29,2020 stating I have tooth pain and trying to make an appointment I received a text back and your response was; have you been here before and what is my insurance. I did respond back to you. On Thursday July 30,2020 at 10: 14 am I received an (AUTO TEXT) and I don't have to tell you what it is because it was very obvious you use the same standard auto text. Basically, you don't have time to pick up the phone and when your lunch time is. Still after waiting for you to get back to me another SAME (AUTO TEXT) WAS SENT TO ME AGAIN! On Friday July 31,2020 you sent me a text that your office is flooded and " SO WE HAVEN'NT BEEN IN THE AVON OFFICE ALL WEEK! " I couldn't believe this that I took off from work and waiting to hear back from you and find out your not even in the office! You need to change your Auto message when your not in the office so people know your not there instead of sending " your standard AUTO TEXT MESSAGE" You have the nerve to text me 2 days later "your sorry you couldn't get me in and hopefully I found somewhere else! " Yes, I was seen by a professional dentist and my situation taken care of. Bottom line Buckeye your office is run unprofessionally there, unorganized and no regard or respect for people.

I have been going here for basically all my life. I love this place so much has very friendly staff and isn't gonna rip you off.

Great office. Dr Stefko cares about his customers and his staff are super friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
