I have never had a better experience than at buckeye all the service and parts people are outstanding and know exactly what I want and at a great price the sales team is so eager to get you on a new bike and I love that about buckeye all the management cares so much about their team and couldn’t ask for a better dealership to come and get my bikes, service, and parts at!

The moment I walked in the door I saw how fun they made the experience of buying a motorcycle. I'd you didn't love it they wouldn't push it. A lot of people don't like going to car dealerships, this is completely different and a lot more fun.

This place is great, this is the second bike I have purchased here. Saw a bike I was interested in on their website. Called the dealership and they put me in touch with Jake, my sales man. I had two Harleys to trade in on this one and a few days later we worked out a deal. They actually had to have it shipped from a sister store to sell to me. I drove to Ohio from Indiana to finalize paperwork. That is when I met Jake face to face, and he introduced me to Corey the sales manager. A little later I sat down with James the finance manager and we went over the purchase. Then I got to experience their new buyer tradition. They put some rock n roll on over the loud speakers, announce your name, your purchase and welcome you to the Buckeye HD family. Then as you walk through the floor bikes, all the sales staff turn the lights and honk the horns. Then you get to ring the purchase bell while the whole store cheers and get your picture taken with your salesman. This is my 6th Harley and this was by the coolest purchase tradition yet. I would recommend buying a bike from them just to experience it. Then on Sunday they delivered my new Harley to Indiana in a trailer and picked up my two trades and the purchase was officially complete. So I would like to give a big shout out to Jeff, Corey and James for making this happen. If your are at all looking for a new or used Harley give these guys a call, you won't be disappointed.

Their receptionist girl Taylor is a complete jerk not helpful at all Had a bad attitude when I was just trying to look at a bike and was texting me while she was talking very unprofessional

Just went back last month and got a 2nd bike off them. They also sold my buddy his first bike after I told him to come to Buckeye and talk to them.

Bad vibes, went in for front brakes for my bike, stood around waiting then found someone to sell me pads, 120 bucks.rode down the road 600 feet to Sporty's cycle and got the pads for 80. Promptly returned the pads back to Buckeye HD and left. Peace

Service was great but if you're renting a motorcycle through eaglerider make sure there are bikes available because the tracking system of what's available on eaglerider rider and what's actually at the store will leave you short of no bike. My advice is to call ahead.

Had my 119 dyno tuned and had a outstanding experience. The way my bike rides is night and day different. I’m glad I went to Buckeye to have the work done. So if you need your bike Dyno tuned this is definitely the place to go.

I bought a used Street glide special. That wasn’t cheap. I haven’t even put a 1000 miles on yet it’s been in the shop twice now.not to mention when I bought the bike it had the wrong hydraulic master cylinder cover on it. Hydraulic fluid Leak all over the master cylinder it
cause the paint the bubble up around it looks like hell. I was told they go over the bikes before they sell them … obviously that’s a lie

FUN FACT! I got charged $699 prep fee on a USED bike! Come to find out prep fee for a bike that was already cleaned and 307 miles on it does not need PREPPED!

Will never be back to buckeye and will also being telling all my family and friends about how BUCKEYE charges BS fees for stuff they didnt acutally do.

They have a very large number of staff personal with will lead you the way in making your bike buying experience enjoyable and safe. They are the number one Harley Dealer in Ohio for I shave bought a bike from another Dealership and there is no comparison. Buckeye Harley is awesome.

Great experience every time we are in the dealership, whether it is buying a t-shirt or a gift to getting our bikes serviced or buying a new one! These folks are always welcoming and make you feel like part of the family.

Great place to go to. The staff were polite, professional, and knowledgeable about their motorcycles, parts, and accessories. You can't go wrong with this place for all your needs, wants, desires, or just to view the baddest motorcycles ever made!

Staff was friendly enough but towards the end they were trying to close on us a little bit too hard. Plenty of merchandise and inventory.

If you’re in the market for a bike go see Chris @ Buckeye. I haven’t even received my bike and I can already write this knowing Chris is top notch and not your average salesperson. We had a miscommunication on the arrival of a motorcycle I ordered and while unfortunate I feel Chris is more frustrated then I am. The lengths Chris is willing to go and the passion he has for taking care of his customers is unmatched. A+ for Chris!
