Dan Moore was wonderful to work with! He came to my home to personally quote us for a job and made sure to get us on the schedule as soon as possible. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

The work done by Clint and his team was great. Very professional and looks great. The crew showed up on time and did all the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and the work was done so well.

Just terrible customer service. They never follow up on appointment scheduling and do not complete jobs. We have been trying to get lighting and irrigation repairs for 2 seasons now with no follow through. We obviously will not use them anymore.

As an update for everyone given the management response below - do not be fooled - we absolutely called and emailed and spoke to people MANY times. They did not resolve the situation and never had management return our call.

There are alot of places out there however, we swear on Buckeye Lawn and Landscaping/Oheil Irrigation Company, and won't use anyone else. They have been consistently doing work for us and our family for the past 11 years, both large and small projects. They are extremely ethical, fair, knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, hard-working, courteous, punctual, and the end product has always been amazing! The compliments that we receive are tremendous. They love our community just as much as we do, and we feel extremely fortunate to associate with such a top notch company right here in our area. No matter what job I want accomplished, Buckeye lawn and landscape has always given me a fair price, were responsive, punctual, knowledgeable, hard-working, and extremely ethical. They are also heavily involved in a community that they love! In addition, the end product has ALWAYS been outstanding! The compliments I receive from there work has been tremendous! I realize that there are several companies out there however, I’ll never use anyone else. I’m fortunate that they are local, family owned, and take so much pride in their work. Great place to get lawn maintenance done by. The employees are great at what they do very knowledgeable. Best irrigation company in the nation. Very large company known nationwide.

Extremely disappointing customer service. I saw the good reviews and had them out for an estimate. They seemed interested in the job and told me they needed to check into something with the city and would get back to me. Never heard from them again, even after calling and leaving a message. If you don't want a job, at least give the customer the courtesy of a call back.

Corrina was very professional with assisting me. I could tell over the phone that she takes pride in the quality of service she provides! Job well done!
