My experience for getting a new lease agreement was handled with excellent help and extremely expediated by Debbie Waddle & Steve Ilich at Buckeye Nissan. My husband & I have been associated with Buckeye Nissan for 30+ years and we have always had a great relationship with them and their Service Department. They also helped greatly to handle the sale of my former 2018 Rogue to my son.

My service advisor Kevin Gagnon and my technician Steve Gramelt at Buckeye Nissan both performed outstanding on my recent Nissan service visit. I'm a new service customer to Buckeye Nissan. I'm also new to Ohio from Kansas where I also had an outstanding customer service experience with my Nissan dealer there as well which is where I bought my Maxima brand new back in 2008. On this visit to Buckeye Nissan I did quite a bit of maintenance and some repairs to my 2008 Maxima but it was well worth it. Once I got the car back it drove wonderful and performed better than I had experienced in a long time. Being that I plan on keeping this car for a long time it was very important for me to find a dealer/service center that will help me in keeping the car in good condition over the years that will hopefully come. I'm glad my first experience with a Nissan dealer in Ohio was as positive of an experience as it was in Kansas City. As a result of this positive, professional, and responsive service I will be bringing my other vehicle to Buckeye Nissan next week for service as well. When I am back in the market for a new car again I will definitely consider Nissan vehicles and Buckeye Nissan as my place to start for my next new car shopping experience.

We visited Buckeye Nissan one Saturday and ended up buying a new Rogue. We love the vehicle! Julian Goode was the salesman we dealt with. If we are in need of another vehicle, we will certainly look him up.

My boyfriend and I both recently bought a car from Chip and he was amazing! And I have bought cars from him in the past and he knows me just from buying cars but a few years ago I was in Hilliard on my way to work and witnessed a bad accident and the ladies car was smoking so I stopped and parked on the side of the street to go in make sure she was OK and get her out of the car after I brought her over to my car I was standing with her waiting for the tow truck and all of a sudden a car stopped in front of us on the side of our road and a guy came running over to make sure we were OK and turns out it was Chip from Buckeye Nissan on a test drive with a customer and recognized me and wanted to make sure that I was ok! How cool is THAT? ! My boyfriend and I also both had some credit issues and Lynn went above and beyond to get us into something that we not just loved to but could afford! I also just sent my boss to Lynn knowing with him owning his own company it wouldn’t be the easiest to get a loan but if anyone could do it in Lynn could do it and sure know if he is now driving a brand new Rogue and thrilled! Then a few months later of course we went right back and I bought a car for my daughter. I was looking at the same kind of car to buy from a private owner and they told me that they had one just like it at the dealership for almost the same price but explained that the engine on the one at the dealership was different a much better engine and why. We also had issues soon after we bought my daughters car that took us a while to figure out what was wrong and Buckeye service was awesome and helping us figure out what was wrong and stood by their name. I have bought cars many times in the past from Buckeye and also referred several people there and will continue most definitely!

Excellent place to go for a car. I have never had such good treatment from a dealership before. My salesman, Mike, was awesome! My car is practically brand new and got it for an excellent price. I won't go anywhere else!

If I could give Buckeye Nissan a 0 star rating for everything that they have put me through in the past month, I would.

I went in on July 23rd because my AC unit had stopped working. They came back to say that my compressor had an internal failure, and had to be replaced. Not only that, but that my belt tensioner was going bad and also had to be changed. I said yes to having both replaced so that my car would be fixed. Once I got my car back I noticed that it was making a lot of noise.
Two days later I went back on the 25th, to say that it's making a loud noise and that they needed to take another look. They came back and said the flex pipe exhaust hanger was loose (rusted off) and they secured it and that should take care of my problem.well, it didn't.

I went back on July 30th, very upset and said you need to take my vehicle in because the sound is worse than when we started this. They took it in for two days, and came back to say that the alternator was going bad, that it needed to be replaced, and that is why I'm having all this noise. I reluctantly agreed. They replaced it.

At this point, I have paid Buckeye Nissan $2,081.80 and my problem STILL is not fixed.

At this point I am furious, so I call Buckeye Nissan, lodge my complaint and tell them they will never work on my car again. I then lodge a formal complaint with Nissan (waste of time) and take it to a local mechanic in Hilliard.

Here is what my local mechanic said: They replaced the compressor, but did not replace the AC Condenser, receiver dryer and expansion valve, which has to happen when there is an internal failure. The metal shavings left over are going back through the new condenser, and the whole system is starting to fail. Had I not had this looked at, I would have had to pay for all of this to be replaced in the next month or so. They did not secure down ANY of the plastic underneath my car after all the work that they did, which is causing part of the noise. They did not put service port caps on the AC valves, and there is already some oil getting in there - SLOPPY.

My car is still in the shop and they are diagnosing further what they did and did not do. The last thing that I was made aware (so far) of is that they double charged me for the labor on my car to replace the belt tensioner.

Do NOT take your car to Buckeye Nissan. They will take advantage of your ignorance and do a VERY sloppy job at that.

Oh - and Nissan corporate came back to me and said " You don't have to get your car serviced at that Nissan, you can go anywhere. " That's it.they didn't care about my experience at all.

I am so disgusted by all of this that I will never buy another Nissan again. They have lost my brand loyalty forever.

We have worked with Buckeye Nissan for years! We trust them to give us the best deal with no b.s. Chip, Debbie and Steve are fantastic people and so much fun to work with! We feel like family at Buckeye Nissan and that's why we always come back. We love you guys!

BUCKEYE NISSAN TO THE RESCUE! The service center here is awesome. I was told by another local dealership that they couldn't help me with a repair for several days or even advise me if the car was safe to drive. I called Buckeye Nissan instead, and they got me in immediately. The service manager talked to me about the car and reassured me it was safe to drive. I really appreciated their excellent service and that everyone was so considerate!

I took my 2014 Chevy Camaro to their collision center for repairs and it was the absolute worst experience ever. I had to return my vehicle 3 times to fix mistakes from the initial repair here. I eneded up switching repair shops and they are still finding mistakes and fixing everything that this place screwed up on. My initial repair was in February and in still dealing with this in June. I do not reccomend this repair shop!

It's frustrating to have a service center less than 5 minutes from your home and have to drive 20 plus minutes north to another center. My vehicle is still under warranty and I was told two issues with my vehicle were not covered. I walked into another Nissan service center where they fixed both no questions asked. I now have an issue with the remote start Buckeye installed last year but have not addressed yet because they probably won't cover that either.

They got me in very quickly for the service that I needed & assisted me with following up on warranty details related to the work I needed. The service manager went above & beyond to help with this process, their customer service is top notch.

I went In with no expectations to purchase a vehicle, however I ended up leaving with something far beyond what I wanted! I had a set amount of money I wanted to spend and James Jordan was very understanding and real with me through my entire experience. He did not push me to spend more than I initially said. His customer service was incredible and I couldn’t have been more pleased when I left. I felt very comfortable while shopping, I was not rushed or pressured at all. And to top it off I had my 2 year old son with me the entire 4 hours I spent in that dealership. James was so amazing with him and kept numerous balls on hand for him to play with the entire time! I mean in 4 hours there were NO meltdowns (HES TWO!) the rest of the staff was also amazing as they all at some point played and enteracted with my son while I was filling out paperwork. Seriously it was just the best experience I could have possibly had, and my son left crying because he didn’t want to leave! Everyone is so pleasant there. So thrilled with me new car, and I will forever shop here in the future! If you are shopping there ask for James Jordan! He’s the man! (However everyone else is amazing too:)

Bill Fields went above and beyond to help us get our 2018 Rogue. We had awesome customer service. We told Bill exactly what we wanted at the price point we wanted, and he made it happen. The people at the dealership were also very nice and friendly.
