Buckeye Nissan has done it again and earned 5 stars! The service team was exceptional. They explained everything that needed maintenance. Jeff in the parts and service department at Buckeye Nissan Hilliard has a warm and inviting demeanor and made me and my son feel very welcomed. I will definitely have my SUV serviced there again.

I stopped in to make appt for 2 recalls and 1 warranty repair on my truck, they said what time would you like to come in I said next Wednesday they said what time I said 9 or 930. I was told I couldn't wait it was over 1/2day job. I called tues to check time it wasn't even in computer but rental car was ready. I got truck back next day. I have app for remote start it tells me when truck starts and is shut off it was 4 hrs on Wednesday and not started until after 9am the next day. 1st visit and last back to Nissan North I will go

Deceitful service department trying to sell unnecessary services! Eventually given a refund for wrongful charges and diagnostic evaluation. Never returning again.

I am a student out of state who took my car here for a new engine knock. A broken engine mount was found in addition to 3 other suggested repairs (hot spots on rotors, oil pan gasket leak, and valve cover/spark plug oil leak) totaling an additional $1000 in repairs. My brakes are under warranty elsewhere and my car was running fine without any engine lights on. There was no noticable oil leak or oil visible in the engine compartment. My oil did not smell of gas and I was not burning oil. Therefore, I declined to have the 3 services done besides the motor mount. The quote given included labor, tax, and charge for the motor mount repair totaling around $700.

When I picked up my car I was charged an additional $129 for a diagnostic fee and told if I returned to have the other 3 repairs done this fee would be taken off.

Two days after picking my car up, my check engine light came on for a cylinder 2 misfire. Not trusting the dealership I went to Midas for a second opinion. They found 2 ignition coils to be the issue and these were replaced. None of the 3 additional recommended services from the dealership were found to be an issue.

After speaking with the service manager at the dealership multiple times and driving my car over 500 miles home for Thanksgiving with no new issues, it was agreed that a refund would be given for the $129 diagnostic fee. When given the refund I was told it would have been helpful to submit all of my prior service records to them so they did not "suggest unnecessary services or duplicate services already performed. " I do have these records and am knowledgeable about the repairs that have been performed on my vehicle for the past 5+ years. Beware of taking your vehicle here for any service!
