DONT GO HERE. This building is in front of a mobile home park where i live. My kids ride the bus and get dropped off right in front of here. There is a woman that works here that goes outside and SCREAMS at all the kids for being to loud. I had to call the cops on her because she threatened to fight and kill some children. This woman needs mental help and should not be helping anyone buy anything. Be careful who you do business with. If i dont hear from the owner soon i will be going to the BBB. Ill also have all the other parents leave reviews and contact BBB if i dont hear from anyone.

I wish I could leave a zero review, this is what happened to me, I applied for a apartment, and took all my information including the 50.00 application fee, waited, then I get a text message, saying it's pending waiting on my landlord where i currently living, so I give it a coutmore days, because it's starting a new month, I'm in the area, I drop by the office to check on my application, they give me a excuse, so today they call me and say, you don't make 3x, the income, if that was the case it should have been said in the beginning, but I make 2500.00 a month and the rent is 650.00, Hello, well with that being said if there is problems now imagine how it would have been if I would have moved in, dodged a bullet, thanks buckeye realty for nothing, and hopefully thatyou enjoy that 50.00

I’ve rented from Buckeye for a few months now and it has been great. Happy with my residence and service that I receive. Adrian is always helpful and I am pleased with my decision to rent through Buckeye.

I applied for a house last week, gave all my information and required documents. I have a section 8 voucher as well. 1st it was an issue with my voucher having more bd rms than the house I applied for, then I got hung up on and was told I was denied cause I’m in a current lease! Do I suppose to be homeless while searching for a home? I’m in a month to month lease! My landlord has 100’s of tenants and I’m quite sure he doesn’t walk around with my lease in his had! Needless to say the lady was very rude and disrespectful! I’ll definitely be calling the bbb! I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life! I guess I need to go into their office I’d love to see who I was speaking with! My vouchers is from LMHA! I’m not paying my current rent with a section 8 voucher! I just received my voucher in august! I’m relocating to the state my voucher was given to me in!

Do not sign a lease here. My door hasnt locked in months & they choose to ignore my request to get it fixed

So far so good. Adrian the manager is awesome. They do more than a regular leasing company. Above and beyond I moved in, they fixed the window less than a week in my attic. They been on it, the reviews are negative. Not sure why. There really great people and I’ve had a positive experience. I’ve had worse leasing companies. I got locked out at night and someone came to let me in. They had to climb Over to the patio on the 2nd floor to get me in. I was very shocked. I feel very appreciative and blessed and like my home and will take care of it.

Very confused.stated they are willing to work with an eviction but took 80 bucks, denied us… Not only never called me directly but a message phone instead, soon as I tried to explain it i was hung up on… At least read over ppl application (I mentioned it) before just taking their money! Crazy part 2020 y’all approved me with the same eviction, but I went with the same place I’m in since y’all took the last 40, closed for Xmas!

Very Poor Customer service! They will Mislead to Gain Monetary awards. Discriminate Against People who they feel PERSONALLY shouldn’t rent from them instead of the application process deciding your fate! No Heart At all!

I would not recommend renting from these people they will hold your belongings hostage even if you terminate your lease like you supposed to and before I vacated the unit i clean it up they will not give you all your belongings I cannot get in the basement I was in a duplex I can only intern from outside but somebody put something against the door on the inside they're very rude the women in here is very disrespectful I would not recommend staying at 411 Eastern avenue and it is infested with mice and I told them about it and all they did was patch up the hose

Worse customer service in Toledo!? ! Discriminates like a mfer an don’t try to hide it Robbed me of application fee 2 years in a row. Management doesn’t last long an either does the others sec8 ppl run they don’t want you in there community ask Jamiela

I would say that overall this is a good company at least from my experience I haven’t had any huge issues most of the time anything that needs to get done they get it done in a timely manner I’ve been renting a home over 2 years now and only one time I was late on my rent but they worked with me and I got it paid within 2 weeks but I usually pay my rent early which is well deserved since they do there job well I will probably be here at least another year and will probably rent from them again and I highly recommend this company!

VERY RUDE AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE! AND RHE MANAGER IS RACIST! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! If I could rate them ZERO stars I definitely would! A lady had called me and told me that I was approved, gave me move in cost info and a date to come in and sign leasing documents, etc.a WEEK goes by and I get no contact from them. When I finally called, they acted like they had NO idea who I was. After that, it was nothing but disrespect, and rudeness. 2 days later, ANOTHER lady calls and tells me I’m approved… AGAIN! Then when I call and tell the manager, she says, “that’s a mistake, she mixed your information up with someone else’s”. Like what the hell!? !? Very unprofessional! The manager called me “aggressive and difficult to work with. ” And I was nothing but nice and respectful! But it was because I was BLACK, that she felt that way!
CHECK THEIR REVIEW ON BBB, it’s very low rated, thank me later!

I see a lot of reviews about how terrible Buckeye is but I do have to admit I had a rough start with them but after resolving a small misunderstanding I can’t say enough great things about the company. They are quick to get back with me, understanding and really look out for my family. Danielle has went above and beyond to ensure that everything is being taken care of with our property, as does Adrianne. Danielle has a lot of empathy and I appreciate her being so helpful and accommodating. Sometimes people forget that respect goes both ways, so when someone calls the leasing office being ridiculously rude bc they are mad, how can they expect to be treated back with respect? Just bc they are a company? And bc the customer is always right? Wrong people, that’s not how life works. No one should have to be disrespected. So remember to treat everyone how you want to be treated. This company does everything they can to help. Love it!

If I could leave a zero star I would they just called me screaming Bc I got upset that my main water line for sink is broken and they keep pushing back the maintenance back and tell me not to run water over a week has been issue and told me in a tenth and to know my place they will fix it when they feel the need to. Not to mention I had to pay 3 k just to move in
