Buckeye Pho reviews
24Delicious! Got the vegetarian pho, which they told me the broth is vegan, and it was super good! Many places say their pho is vegan/vegetarian friendly but forget to mention the broth is made from meat. Love this place!
We love Buckeye Pho, one of our favorite places to go and get Pho, so good we drive from Newark!
Waroon was very very nice, had late night dinner and he acomidated us greatly and made us feel at home. Very authentic. 11/10 will be returning soon.
This place hit the spot! Good portion sizes. I've been having pho cravings forever and it was delicious. We also got a spring roll dish-also tasty! I will say the wording of the menu was a bit confusing regarding the spring roll dishes, but not a big deal.
Worth the brief wait, and was very appetizing and filling.
I always get bun with veggie spring rolls. Some friends recently got the beef pho & beef stew; both were very happy with their meals. The house lemonade is spectacular as is the traditional ice coffee.
Great pho and great service! If this is your type of food or you’ve been sort of reluctant to give this style a try, this is your place!
Best Pho in columbus, dare I say Ohio, super fast service, great prices, the Banh Mi is also excellent (if you've never had it, this is the place to get it.)
This place is super good. My first time coming and the food was great. The service and the employees were great. They have an ok variety of foods on the menu, but man do they that that small selection worth it.
Quick service and fabulous food! The best pho I’ve had in Ohio. Broth was very rich and flavorful, side veggies were fresh, and the beef special was well cooked.
Really good Pho and crispy egg rolls. I wish they used a little more rice noodles in the Pho, however. Sit at the bar and watch the free kitchen show! Always nice to see your food being prepared.
Not worth all the hype. I drove 20 minutes for a shrimp pho. Everything except the shrimp smelled and tasted spoiled. Like they left it out for 2 days, and still served it. Waste of 40 minutes and $13. I threw it all away. Disgusting. I should have went to Indochine. They're the meaning of HIGH QUALITY.
Food was good service sucked. John who was our server was not really friendly. After bringing out our food he never once checked on us or brought us more water. Very disappointing. Food plays a role in restaurants but service also plays a big role if you don't have good service then the food is no good.
Considering the price it offers a good variety of options. Plus, the location is in a prime spot, so you can go around the area or a quick shot to the fun parts of high street. Moreover, the name is somewhat of pun, which is a plus. Lastly, if you are a light eater like me then you'll be able to take quite a bit home with you. The restrooms are like an A-
First time I had Pho. Food was good, not overwhelming or too unfamiliar for a Westerner. Service somewhat impersonal, I was embarrassed to ask for their advice on what to get.
Great pho joint. Nothing fancy in the facility and it sits in a strip mall, but the food was really good. They had the traditional condiments of Basil, bean sprouts, limes, hoisin, fish sauce, etc. Stick with water or soda.
Kiean (Kee-ahn) was pretty good with the service. Food was delicious when I ate it. I had drank the iced coffee before I could even get home. It was delicious. Definitely different than most coffee beverages I've had before. I loved that my first experience of pho was awesome. Nice workers. It was a great stop. Thank you.
Came here for the first time and the pho was AMAZING. Our server was also very kind and helpful. Will definitely come back!
Love their pho, vermicelli noodle dishes, sandwiches. Great food with lightingling service. Casual atmosphere (like a open sports bar) but often too loud to carry out conversations.
Great service and fast. They are usually pretty busy no matter what time you go. But once you're seated the food comes out fast after ordering, the service is awesome.
The waiters are always going at 100 mph but they always come back and check on you. Food is pretty good with only one occasion I where I could tell the beef in my pho was a not fresh. Had that freezer burn or been in the fridge too long smell/aroma to it as I was bitting into each bit. But I just trucked through it.
Anyhow like I said it was just that one occasion of like 20. Yeah I go there a lot lol. Great place! You should check it out if you'd like to try a large variety of Vietnamese food. They have a pretty good variety on menu!
Workers are nice. Food tastes great. Wait time for food isn't long which is a plus. Especially if you're one of the first when they open, wait time was like 5 mins for food to come out. Pho tastes very authentic.
