I've been ordering from BTS for years and have never had a single issue. Everything is delivered on time and packaged perfectly!

Ordered some vacuum filters and got a shipping update a week later that said USPS was delivering them that day. The USPS tracking app said the shipping label had been printed but USPS never received the package. Where did Buckeye get the "OUT FOR DELIVERY" to my home message if USPS never got the package? This place is a scam.

This company Is a scam company. Through Amazon, I bought what was supposed to be OEM fuel cap for Husqvarna weed eater. Twice I received a completely wrong part in a bag with Chinese writing on it and nothing that resembled the Husqvarna part number that was ordered. Then over 2 weeks after they received my 2nd return I had to contact them through Amazon customer service to get my refund. This company needs to go!

OK all the reviews on here made me very nervous but my part did show up on time and was the right one but the tracking number was accesible. They did email me back twice notifying me when it was to arrive which was correct. Giving it 3 stars maybe if they improve the online tracking part it would be 5 stars

Buckeye Tool has hard to find items at good prices and delivers fast. I'm glad I found them.

I purchased through Amazon a "Porter Cable Air Compressor Brass Quick Connect Fitting #A19513. " The picture on the Amazon web page was identical to the original fitting on my compressor. What arrived in the mail was not made of brass and bore only a slight resemblance to the original. I guess for Buckeye Tool the customer is supposed to be satisfied with close enough.

Did not receive what I ordered through Amazon. Seller was not responsive and it is indicated that the item is not refundable. I imagine you (Buckeye) must’ve needed the money more.

Ordered an insulation blade for my black and decker lawn mower end of Aug. A whole month later received a reply from them blaming the delivery company after numerous complaints from me. Then asking me if I would like a refund, what good is a refund if I can’t use my lawn mower. Don’t use this company, EVER!

#1 - They never answer their phone and their "mailbox.does not accept messages. "
#2 - After giving them the appropriate description of what I needed and the correct size, they still send me the wrong item.
#3- There seems to be no way to make a return of any kind.
#4 - I've sent two emails requesting a return label and, you guessed it, NO REPLIES.
#4 - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Purchased a trigger for my power washer and they sent the wrong one. I gave them the model number. We all make mistakes. I am having to send it back and wait for my money back

I received a defective item and they will not respond to messages or pick up their phone. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a 10 pack of craftsman string trimmer replacement spools-ireceived 1-no response from buckeye-never again

Put in the wrong address emailed immediately, and called multiple times during business hours. No one picked up, and they have not set up a voicemail.

They then emailed saying it’s already been shipped and it’s too late to update. Honestly do not order from these folks.

Sent the wrong part. Customer service was rude. Correct part never sent. Money never refunded.

Never try to contact this company by phone, the phone goes directly to voicemail but the voicemail is not set up. I've sent an email and looking for a response any minute.

I ordered a spindle assembly 9/1/22 for a gravely mower deck. I have neither received part or refund nor any kind of response from this company. Do not order anything from this company. I have emailed and tried to contact by phone and still have not heard anything from these crooks. I paid for it with my debit card and guess I have to kiss this $89.00 good by. One star is too high a rating!

Update: I have now been contacted by email, and told because of a shortage of supply in their warehouse, they are unable to fill my order, so order has been cancelled and I have also received a full refund of all monies paid. In which I am truly thankful, and I guess anyone can have a supply shortage especially during this time!
