Buckhorn Tavern reviews
17We ate here with friends last night. Extensive menu containing well prepared food. The items were reasonably priced. Our server, Kellie, was helpful and efficient. We will be back.
Called from vegas to buy a gift card because my mom and her man have been going there since christ was a corporal. Louann the manager was very helpful makin that happen. Caution. My mom is 84 goin on 30. Eat your wheaties
My server was the best. I fear I will never experience service like that ever again. Steak was also amazing.
Steak was horrible full of grisly pieces. Threw half away. First time there will never go back.
Food wasn't as good as you'd think, going to a steakhouse but, it was edible. The poor waitress had no help, from what we could see. She was very nice, even though she was probably stressing. I pray for her and the whole restaurant.
Service was great, everyone was very nice but they had to re-do my steak two times, first it was undercooked & second time overcooked. My son also got his overcooked then overcooked the second time.
Love it! The ribs were perfect and so was the rest. The server was great! We will be going back. We wanted to go there today but they are closed.
Food was good, although quite a few things were unavailable. Our server was pleasant and had an adorable bow in her hair. The bread was buttery. However they closed at 9pm on Saturday night and they made sure you knew they were closing. The music abruptly shut off.
The customer service was so refreshing and on point I almost didn't pay attention to the food. But the food was amazing as usual.
Sat here for almost an hour after being told wait was 20-30 minutes. And this was after calling ahead and being told “we can’t take reservations but come on up, it’s slow right now. ” 4 tables open across the back of the restaurant the whole time we waited for our seats. This is the 2nd time we’ve come here because we couldn’t get a seat the first time. My wife has been telling me about this place for months. So we sat and waited hoping the food would make up for it. WRONG ANSWER! Prime rib was tough as shoe leather. Salmon was undercooked. Bread was cold. Our server was great but the food was trash. She was nice enough to take the prime rib off my check, which I didn’t ask for. So my check was only $30. Would’ve much rather spent $100 and got a good meal. Never again
My husband and I went to Buckhorn Tavern for our 20th Anniversary, everything was great. Our waitress Danielle was so personable and all of suggestions were great right down to the salad dressing. Can’t wait to go back.
We sat at the Bar to wait on table bar maid was rude, got table ordered medium rare steak was way over cooked burnt on edges, my waitress was very nice only good thing about the place was her
I ordered a drink that came out differently than I expected, and though I didn't complain, they saw the look on my face and remade it on the spot. I have always felt welcomed and taken care of at this place.
Laura was a very good bartender/ server food was excellent! Atmosphere is always great thanks.
Food was good, but 75% of the items on their menu are not available to order. Even once we were given the correct reduced menu there were still meals that you couldn't order.
