Someone the workers are friendly some looks at you like what are you doing here. The old workers aren't there anymore. Me n my husband spend a lot of money there so we may not go back.

The young man that helped me was really nice and helpful. He found some sun glasses I been looking at.

Love this store! We had Hannah help my daughter for school shopping, She was very friendly and helpful, my daughter loved her! Made the whole shopping trip alot easier for this mom!

Haven't been to the Franklin Park location. Even though I frequent the mall often enough. My wife and I had went yesterday to look for some new jeans for the new motorcycle season. We were greated very friendly by a young gentlemen by the name of Matthew. He was genuinely helpful with my selection of jeans. And was also helpful with my wife as she also chose a pair of jeans from there as well. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. Makes you want to definitely come back and spend more money there! I will be at least!

A cashier kept pushing my mother into buying stuff and when she just wanted to return stuff, the woman got angry and didn't help her. Forcing another, much nicer, woman to help her instead.

My girls loved the store. The staff very helpful and friendly. A little on the pricy side but good looking clothes.

Needed a couple outfits for the summer and the lady stayed with me for over an hour to help me find the right size. Then she brought me every different style of clothing in store. Shirts, button downs, shorts, shoes, you name it.

Need to sell clothes for bigger people. Other than that they have good clothes. Expensive but good.

Clothing feels kinda overpriced? Could be on par with typical prices since i havent gone out to mall for clothes in ages.

In my opinion there wasnt a lot of variety for mens clothing. A lot of it seemed to come from 2 companies with not a lot of variation in their clothing designs, especially with American Fighter.

Biggest thing for me was being pestered by staff to sign up for email promotions and all that to the point of bringing a tablet over and leaving it in front of me when i was trying to browse around. I wouldn't go back personally.

This place is no very honest I the time asking for answering questions regarding the over payments, some weir charge.
People who work here are like a joke and say or tell us anything.

It's ok but I don't think the prices are comparable to the prices of the clothes. Over rated for the quality of material.

Good clothing selection for a man, but I feel I get hassled every time I'm there. I'm a guy and just want to shop instead of being followed by a girl who keeps trying to hand me clothing that I don't like. If I wanted to shop like that I'd bring my mother to shop with me.
