One star is too much! I was looking for a small sedan but was put in an SUV. The car absolutely REEKS of cigarettes. I have a massive headache from it and have 19hrs of driving to go. They do not clean their vehicles. At all. The interior is so dirty that my friend was going to ride with me but decided to go with someone else. I accidentally brushed the dash with my hand and it was brown afterwards. It was that dirty. Everything in the car is sticky as well. I had to pull off to a Walmart and buy detailing supplies so I could detail the car myself. I am extremely disappointed and will never be getting a rental from Budget/Avis again. Ive never even owned a car this filthy before, I would feel too much guilt to let my cars get as dirty as my rental is.

If I could give no Star I would. They (Brad) is the biggest con artist that works for them. He tells you one price and over charges your card. And the company itself is horrible when you try to call and speak to corporate to resolve a issue you get the run around. No return calls ect. I would definitely stay away from this place. I'm still waiting for a call back from corporate from two weeks ago. Had to put in a dispute with my credit card company for over charging.

Budget on W. Market, needs to be more clear with extention and prices charged. Bad experience this morning, on they part. Also don't honor prices on rentals when you reserve. If they have something bigger than what you reserved. It should be given to you at the price you reserved for. Not the case with Budget. Other than this, they ok.

The Akron rental location was very friendly and accommodating! I will definitely rent from them again for future visits/trips.

It is pretty bad that you need to stop and buy Windex and paper towels to see out of the windshield. Car was very dirty.

I called and the person that answered wasn't friendly. He sounded as if he didn't even want to talk.

Dirty vehicle! Smelled like a dog was inside the vehicle. You could definitely tell it wasn't detailed or swept out before it was rented out.
