Amy the sales lady came and measured our area about 6 weeks ago.very personable and professional as well as very knowledgeable. Gave us a quote that seemed reasonable, and we decided to have them install the carpet. The carpet installers went above and beyond while here.actually moved our matts and box springs out of the bedroom and then moved them back once installed for no charge. Who does that? Did a great job and carpet looks super. We needed the carpet installed within 2 weeks and they were actually 6 weeks out but Tom the scheduler fit us in and made it happen. We were looking for quality flooring for our kitchen/dining area that wouldn't break the bank. After reading so many positive reviews, BC&F on Indianola were one of the three companies we had come out for an evaluation. The salesman who came out was very thorough. He asked lots of questions and gave us several options within our budget. The installer did a fantastic job and made some additional tweaks in squeaky areas. When laying the flooring in the pantry, he fixed the shelving where it meets the floor.

BC&F not only met our needs, they exceeded our expectations. We love our new floor and highly recommend their services.

Great products and the service was wonderful. I was particularly impressed by the gentlemen that installed our vinyl flooring. Not only did they rip up the old flooring, they prepped the cement base, put in the new flooring, then the quarter round and then reattached half our molding which was not properly installed when we moved in.

I recently purchased carpet with Budget carpet and flooring through the Costco program. A representative (Amy) was assigned to me and came to my house to take detailed measurements and find out exactly what I was looking for. She brought samples and really helped put my mind at ease over my selections. Since we were still recovering from covid lockdowns it took about a month for the carpet ordered to arrive and get on the installation schedule. The day of installation budget carpet called to let me know they were on their way. It was a mostly an all-day install and the men were extremely professional and careful when moving my furniture. I LOVE my new carpet and it feels sooo soft under my bare feet. Since this went thru Costco I was assured of a competitive price. I also received at % back of my sale price in the form of a Costco gift card! I would absolutely recommend budget carpet even if I didn’t have a Costco account. They were professional and attentive to my needs.
