Budget Inn Troy, Ohio

This place has come a very long way. The new managers have worked really hard to get this place more family-friendly and safe for their guests. I gave them 5 stars on everything, including the rooms, because what you get for the price is way more than what you'd expect. The customer service was great. I made a reservation and my room was ready to go when I arrived. I didn't have to wait until a certain time to check in, and I was grateful for that as I had driven 8 hours and had been up all night. I was so happy to have a clean, quiet room to get rest and rejuvenate for my long drive home the following day. Not only was I happy with the room which by the way is a great price for people like me who are traveling on a budget, but the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. This has always been my first choice when coming back to my home town, but now, under the new management, I will be staying here every time I visit. I would like to thank the folks at the Budget Inn for the quiet, comfortable room and the friendly welcome. Also, thank you to the housekeeper for such a clean room.

This was such a great experience. Me and my family came and they treated us just like family. When I’m e first got here they sho ed us much respect, love and caring. I would recommend Mrs. Angie And Randy to anybody. Budget Inn in Troy Ohio is the place to stay.

I can't thank Randy and his wife enough for getting me a room. I spent 2 and a half weeks there and had no issues at all. Highly recommend

I just want to thank the crew Angie, randy the owner for a great 2 months me and my family were treated very good if we needed anything they provided great service to our family… I never had to worry about my family they always did a check around the perimeter to check up on all the the rooms… safety issues were always good no worries. I loved staying here I will miss the management they were very nice to us… Thank you for everything you did for our family making us feel at home

Everybody at the front desk was very friendly The rooms are clean My shower quiet No bugs Can't really complain When you don't have a lot of money They have been very kind and they have worked with me And you have the option to ask them to come in your room and clean your room for you I would recommend this hotel

When we stayed we had the pleasure of staying in a new remodeled room, it was very clean and had all the necessities. The staff made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. In all it was a very pleasurable stay!

Me and my daughter and her dog stayed here for 2 months. They are in the middle of remodeling there room and they are turning out fantastic very nice new room! The location and price is extremely worth it! It really blew my mind how the staff was so very kind! The owner is absolutely wonderful and the staff went above and beyond Randy and Angie always did the best job cleaning our room checking on us making sure we are ok and also feel safe I’m a woman with a female child and the way they made us feel some comfortable and welcomed! 10 out of 10 i highly recommended this hotel! I have been around this hotel years back and the changes that have been made are wonderful! You don’t see no riff raff very clean place and everyone is so very kind! I’m completely blesssed I came across this place and blessed to get to meet such great people and so kind! Thank you for everything you guys did for me and my daughter! Very well managed and very safe feeling to stay witch is hard for me! I recommend anyone to stay there!

I've been here for a couple of months and I'm very happy with the rate and quality of service plus the remodeled rooms are nice and clean. I'd recommend it to anyone and they're one of the few places that allow pets

The staff are kind and always helpful. The rooms are newly renovated and it looks really great, we especially love the bathroom.
