Everything was fine young lady that took care of us to the great job we had a party at 17 but some of the different flavors of wings r just bland I felt the flavoring could have been improved somewhat but other than that it was a pleasant time

I love they boneless chicken. It never fails but Carolina Reaper chicken was so good but hot af I kept eating ice for about 30mins lol

Online ordering is the worst. My reward certificate never gets credited and ends up as a CC purchase. 9 outta 10 orders are wrong. On the plus side, you have really good hamburgers.

There are 2 types of restaurants. Those that have good service whether you dine in or have it delivered.and those whose odds are a little better only when dining in (because they don't want the trouble). This restaurant is definitely the latter. My burger and (refried) onion rings literally sat in oil.until I ordered them. No thank you.

When I first started coming here the food was great on par with every other Bdubs location however over the past year or so the quality of the food has dropped. My wife is allergic to blue cheese and upon out last visit blue cheese was mixed into the ranch. Yes, we told the waitress before ordering. The staff has quickly fixed the problem however made us very uneasy. Upon out most recent visit we had a waitress that was very kind but only handled drinks the rest of the staff brought us everything else. Upon receiving our food my wife's order was incorrect. She wanted breaded chicken she received grilled. She accepted it and said it will be fine the chicken was dry but still tasted good. As for me I got 6 wings dry rubbed. Upon my second wing I had to excuse myself as I felt as if I was going to vomit. Once I came back to the table we paid and left. My reasoning for not saying anything to the staff is that when brought to there attention last time. Blue cheese incident. We were apologized to and told sorry fault of the cooking staff. Outside is a sign hiring cooking staff $200 signing bonus. This tells me they are hiring anybody to cook for them and the reason for me and my wife sitting the toilet this time is in proper staffing not there fault but best train them in a way that they do not make your guests sick.

My son and I always love this place. The one problem I have is that the wings get cold very quickly. If you order anything over 10 you got no chance of hot wings the entire time

Nice atmosphere, good selection of wing sauces. I highly recommend the onion rings with your meal. While their prices are a little high, it won't break the budget. Service has always been good and friendly

Was treated very rudely by manager Emma due to me bringing up an issue of my being overcharged to which she advised there was nothing she would or could do. Refused to give me cooperate number and made a scene when I asked for it and her name by raising her voice to me and in front of other customers. Will be filing complaints till this issue is resolved. Would not recommend this location. Never been more embarrassed at a restaurant and one that I "DID" enjoy going to.

Very good experience the waitress was very nice were very nice clothing didn't wasn't too tight or anything didn't distract anyone and was very nice I appreciated her

First time going to bdubs here and the waitress we got “jaya” was incredibly rude, never really came back and checked on us, and when she did we asked for simple fast things and she never returned.thankfully one of the other waiter helped and we finally got out of there after 3 hours! Great food tho!

Great place to go to unwind after a long day. We both worked, then ran the kids around, then went to a play. No time for dinner after work so this was perfect for us grabbing a late night meal.

Had a good time got the hand breaded chicken sandwich. It was amazing. Also got wings they had buy 10 get 10 free waiting staff was super nice. Great job A+A+ they where out of onion rings

Drive almost 30 min after a long day at work when they’re usually opened till 2am on Saturdays only to be told they were done seating but “we could place a to go order” and there were plenty of seats

The Worst service.hosts) servers just walkn around, waited over 45min for our Luke warm food, w cold fries, Managers looking like they jus came off the Streets. Who runs this Company?

Walls were dirty with sauce splatter and other debris. Floor wasn't cleaned under our table before sitting. Wing quality/taste was as expected, but the boneless wings are getting much smaller now and that's disappointing. Prices are way too high for the wings.

Fast food equivalents served on an aluminum tray with a piece of cooking paper. Felt it was too retro toxic. Not much from the staff for friendliness. Basic feelings of I am here to do my work. Place was empty
