Buffalo Wild Wings, Ashland OH

My husband and I went in for an evening dinner and sat on the patio. Ordered the pretzel appetizer and they were cold and doughy in the middle. We ordered a burger and chicken sandwich. 20 minutes in we were told by our server that they kitchen was running behind. As we looked around to the empty patio and empty dining room, we wondered why. 25 minutes after that my husband went to talk to the shift manager. There was no care given. Offered a meager discount and insincere apology while punching buttons on a screen. No eye contact. No customer interaction skills. Finally the server walked by with it food while we were on our way out. Never coming back. Don't recommend. Lance if you see this, you may want to chat with your staff about how they handle the guests in your establishment. And we all know bad word of mouth travels further and faster than good! Do better. Judging by the empty lot on a Friday night, we may not be there only ones in town who have a bad opinion about this place.

Waitress was great. Constantly came back to see if we needed anything which is rare today.

I spend a lot of my weekdays at Bws and I am always welcome and get great attentive service.

It's a chicken wing place. Which is why it's so concerning when you order the wings and sometimes.you get normal chicken wings. But other times you get brittle, broken, tiny, weird, malformed chicken wings. Wings that make you seriously question what kind of hell the chickens lived in. Wings that make you wonder.why are these bones so sharp and misshapen? Why is the meat so stringy and strange and sort of foul tasting? I can't do it anymore, can't play the gross mutant wing roulette.

My server during my last visit was really nice. I didn't want to complain about the food because it feels terrible to do so, but she saw that I wasn't eating my food and kindly took it off the bill. I really appreciate her - she was a sweetheart. Not gonna eat here anymore, though.: (

Always a great visit to BWW no matter where we are. Visited this one in Ashland, OH, while traveling for a sofrball tournament. Our waitress was fantastic too!

Food was good, but the service was slow. Waited for the server to get us a box and our check. This seems to be the going rate for the last 3 BW3's that we have went to.

The restaurant was crowded, but the service was super fast. Food is always on point there.

I had the most wonderful experience with one of your servers, Belle she was such a wonderful person and with a lot of drive!

Service was quick and friendly. Food was very tasty. And of course I enjoyed the tall cold one!

I was traveling through the area and stopped here to eat. It wasn't too busy. Food was good. There was a mistake with an order and it was quickly rectified in a discount was applied to our bill.

Food wasn't hot, took over an hour for food to get to out table. Prices are way too high to have bairly warm food and wait that long for it to get to the table.

Food is good and consistent. Service is usually bad unless you sit at the bar. Tonight was especially bad after waiting 20 minutes before anyone came to the table. Several other people around us just left after waiting without any server showing up at their tables. My to go order that I checked after getting home (mistake) was wrong. Management needs to do a better job at this location.

Stopped in for lunch. Food was horrible. Got sampler platter. No cheese on the nachos. Asked if I could have brisket instead of chicken. She brought another platter of brisket nachos that I didn't order. An additional 15$. Grease in fryer needs changed. Ordered 2 long islands. No alcohol in them. I won't be back. Server was good but food was discusting! You said fill out form so you can talk to staff basically. I did that! You didn't try to make it right with a customer! That's what's not right! Wow!

I was charged $3 for a carryout fee. I had to pay them extra to pick up my own food. Let that sink in. Their quality was already down, but I'll definitely never go back again now.

Don't know what has happened to the particular establishment but it's not good anymore. I was 5 minutes from the restaurant and called about wait time and was told there was no wait.we get there and now there is a 30 min wait and 40 minutes later we were told it may be another 20 mins.restaurant was at 50% full, so we left and couldn't even eat.step it up B Dubs

Very good Buffalo Wild Wings! The service is always good, the food is hot and they always accommodate us by changing a tv channel if needed.

Ask for Riley or Kelsey to wait your table. You won't be disappointed! Both do a fantastic job of making sure the food comes out hot. Can't compliment them enough!
