Buffalo Wild Wings, Dayton OH

I don’t even know where to begin on the horrific experience with Christopher at the Dayton, OH location. First it took 15 minutes for someone to come to the table, I never got my drink, my son never got his drink, my food came out ice cold, pretty positive they didn’t even try to cook my food. No utensils, nothing at all. When I said something to my server about my food being cold he literally acted like he could care less, I also told him I didn’t get my drink or anything and it was completely blown off. My son ate his burger because at this point, we were here an hour.

Then he took my card to pay for my sons burger and when he brought it back. Tossed my card and bill on the table and walked away. When I told the manager what was going on, he basically said, they are short staffed “sorry”. I have been coming to Buffalo Wild Wings for long time and NEVER had this kind of experience.

This place is a disgrace. The new manager is a joke and completely ruined what was our favorite bar when we were at UD. He needs to stop being a hardo and let people have a good time. I feel bad for the bartenders because he personally lost them 50+ people’s business. Not my bdubs. Bring back Damien

They only serve you if you’re sitting down at a table. Can’t even get a brew at the bar unless you’re in a barstool. This is UD. Cmon man!

They shorted me 10 wings, out of the 50 wings they DID give me 30 had no sauce. They also charged me for 3 ranch cups and gave me 0.

Went on the first night of football, and the place was slammed. The servers were very responsive in spite of this delimea and did a nice job serving their customers.

Our waiter/the bartender was phenomenal he was the right amount of attentive! Our first time out in a long time just my son and I and it was awesome! Thanks!

45 minutes waiting for a hamburger is incredible and the hamburger arrives completely cold, but the rest of the people are on time (it seems that the racism is present in this place)

Ordered from their ghost kitchen Bird Dawgs > didn't even know of this place.was skeptical to try due to a couple reviews stating missing items or only getting 1 dawg instead of 2 but I took the chance because the dawgs sounded delicious. The BBQ Dawgs are probably my fave but I do like the Classic Dawgs as well. Loaded Dawgs have a wild honey mustard which I didn't realize was spicy. Made my eyes tear up The only fault is the fries aren't anything special and weren't hot. Salad was basic and not worth the extra $1 charged.

Cannot wait to enjoy two chips with the tablespoon of salsa and queso…. Can’t even dip the chip in it…

I came in casually and professional. Not a hint of disrespect.i’m extremely patient but
I had one of the waiters take my order, it was just 2 orders tater totes and 2 order of wedges and one burger. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to realize they didn't even take my order while my pregnant wife sat there. Very dissatisfied and will report to GM. There was only 4 tables and it wasnt even that busy, people came, ate and left while we sat. New manager is horrible.
What the hell is this. All of waiters friends and people she was smiling with got the food when they came an hour after we came. RIDICULOUS!

We order wings on Thursday for BOGO, they never put in utensils unless you ask. We also never get the carrots or ranch unless we check. Last time I picked up it was just the wings and friend in the bag. We had ordered 2 ranch and 6 carrots also, it was even on the receipt they put on the bag.

If you order to go just verify everything is in there as they don't.

Fantastic customer service and fun staff. Danielle was awsome and gave us some great recommendations while getting some laughs out of us. Food was awsome as well. Absolutely will be coming back.
